Drinkwater has been superb this month. HTF not getting back in this team unless it's for Chad.

Rank isn’t moving a lot with just IPap, thought id be falling a lot more, figured there were a fair few with some combo of the Cowboy forwards.

My prediction is that Lolo will come on for Cotter after about ten minutes of the second half and Cotter will come back on for Robson ten/fifteen minutes later.

Eels attack too predictable and slow with Arthur playing. Weather aside, he is an absolute slug

Joke that Brown is at CTR to accommodate. Surely you can live with Cartwright or Matterson at CTR and leave Brown at 5/8

So far pleased I played Nanai over Ilias so far, cheeky try off one of those kicks would be nice. Teddy making up for Fifita a bit, huge knock in a beaten team. Chickened out of Mann to Crichton 2 mins before the game. Mixed bag for the evening fantasy wise but the Warriors won so it's all good.

Keary looked to get the run game going again. Might be worth a look in fantasy with the base a little up

    Pretty much this

Sure he will miss some games due to being in origin camp but Roosters will be struggling to make the 8 the way this season has started

So upset I didn't bring teddy in this week

Mann's injury meant I ended up bringing in Brandon Smith instead, which is just going to be an altogether much less inspiring move

    How am I wrong?

He will miss round 13, round 17, and at least one of rounds 14 and 18 (in 2019 and 2021 he had two rests, so this is best case for you)

At best, in the six rounds between round 13 and 18, you get three games out of him (15, 16 and either 14 or 18), and more likely you only get two (15 and 16).

I sold Teddy (64 + 81 = 145) to Talakai (107 + 30 = 137) so I paid 8 points and a trade I was going to use anyway to get a huge capital gain and a huge jump on the pack last week

Sigh, didn't really want to sell Nanai but was my only real one-trade option for Hastings. Might have to bring him back in for the bye.

Think longer term though. Teddy is a definite keeper and I’d guess that he’ll safely score more points between now than the end of the year than Talakai will, Origin included. So yes, it’s not a terrible trade with a couple of weeks of perspective. But you’ve sold a keeper to get someone who, in my opinion doesn’t look like a season long gun scorer/keeper. You gotta follow your gut obviously, but you also need to think more than a couple of rounds ahead. At this rate you’ll be getting smashed at the end of the season because you’ve used all your trades on speculative things like this. Best time to get Talakai was when you didn’t have to trade a gun to bring him in, I think it would’ve just been better to admit you’d missed the boat.
