Will wait until later in week to decide on McInnes but early trade thoughts are

    JKing - McInnes
    Fifita- Crichton

Not ideal as neither plays R13 but some good value there potentially

For the people that watched the cowboys game, Howcome Cotter got 80? Was there injuries or something or just a different role?

To’o due back, I wonder who drops out of Staines or May. Surely it’s Staines right?

His mullet absorbed the heat keeping it away from his body allowing him to play 80 while Hess and Neame had short stints.

Roosters play R13 don't they? Do we reckon Crichton is a lock for origin this year?

I don't think he's a lock, but probably plays anyway due to injuries or something. Could be wrong and he's already penned in by default though.

Any interest in Verrills as a sneaky R13 option?

Probably a bit underpriced if he's going to keep playing 65 mins and making 45+ tackles like he has the last 2 weeks.

    Tentatively looking at either:

DiFi + Mann to Crichton and Lolo

    or

DiFi + Mann to Elliott/DWalker and anyone, probably iPap

I understand everyone would like Staines to be dropped when To’o comes back for the sake of their fantasy teams. But if they wanted May to play instead of Staines wouldn’t that have happened in Round 1 with May and To’o in the team.

Was he injured or just not selected?

All these silly people the mullet is a fashion statement, it's all about absorbing the heat and improving aerodynamics

Staines had runs on the board.

May has far out played him.

Only reason Staines would stay in is because they have kept winning.

May is a much better footballer.

Round 1 was a while ago now and form can dictate selection. Iirc staines wasnt a sure thing to be picked round 1 anyway?

I dont have May but it wouldnt surprise me at all if he retains a spot over Staines. It also wouldnt surprise me if he misses out

I'd go along with the belief Cotter is probably a better No 9 than Robson. Just on the cowboys, will be interesting if Payten continues with Drinky at No 1 now Hammer is back.

I don't have May so no horse in the race, but eye test May is a much more threatening talent than Staines.

If Staines played for anybody but Penrith or Melbourne he'd be a nobody.

Centre Brad Parker suffered a partially torn ACL ligament against South Sydney last Friday night. He will now undergo rehabilitation work for a month before being reassessed.

Jason Saab suffered a toe ligament injury against Souths and will be out for between 3-4 weeks.
