Yeah just checked I've lost 19 places. Must be a 1pt added somewhere

I've got a spreadsheet I update after lockout each week and my GW rank has changed slightly every week. Think they have added in some post-lockout stats changes.

    e.g. in R1 Nanai went from 56 to 57

Hmm my mindset has been pretty much get the players I want in my final team whenever the chance arises irrespective of origin or byes so a maxed out crichton to teddy trade when looking at end of season is justifiable in my mind. Only doubting factor is with hynes papi and teddy I’ll likely miss out on turbo

Pretty much the way I look at it too mate, I like many others have had my Bye plans blow up on me for whatever reasons and have come out the back end with a squad I hate and no trades to fix it with, now I just wing it and try to get a feel for it in my mind for the end product and just enjoy it for what it is.

True, but like I said about Cleary, or others said about Teddy, don't want to miss a banner waiting for his price to drop.

It makes sense if Tass keeps his role but I guess there’s lot of uncertainty around that isn’t there? If it were me I would definitely have him in the team over Milne,Taane seems like too much of a hothead when things aren’t going his way

I think he will keep his spot and would rather he was in my squad then Lee but its not worth a trade so have roll with Lee.

Hmmm...maybe just going with Tass is the better play over Asi.

Lol I obviously dont pay close enough attention to my exact rank as have no idea if I have gained or dropped any places lol!

On a different note, this has to be the toughest week I've had deciding on trades grr.

I think I have now traded DFifi to about 20 different players and BroJo and a few others to an equal amount. Maybe I just do DFifi to someone and hold the other

In the same situation,I think I’ll just do Fifita to Lolo and be done with it

I would get Tass. No interest in Asi based on one game vs Raiders and more expensive. I have to miss Tass because would sell Walsh who plays last and rather keep 2nd trade option open if other outs with my other trade being Mann>Elliot

Not sure if this has been confirmed anywhere, but AOB says Mann will be out for a while, tore some ligaments "significantly" on the outside of his ankle. Definite trade if it wasn't already clear.

Sort my cover out most sensible trade is Walsh to Robson. Any objections? Cotter nicer but surely he's big shout for Origin and last week 80 mins less assured?

Regret how I ordered my trades last week. Locked in Jing instead of Dylbro in my early playing trade otherwise could have sold Mann instead, have Jing this week for MID with Haas out forcing a MID trade this week

I can't believe people are still responding to Dan. One of the few people on MS block list because I think the forum would be better off without him

For the last however many years he comes on once a week, contributes nothing to discussion, repeatedly posts his flavour of the week trades then disappears without helping anyone once he has gotten a response. I'm certain he won't even read this post because he has already disappeared for the week

I'd rather have 5 first year players that don't know what they are doing taking up his post count

I think the forum is what you make it. If Dan just wants to shoot off a quick question weekly and someone is happy to take the time to reply, then the forum is fulfilling its purpose. That said, this reminds me of a friend I have who only ever wants to talk about his own fantasy team. Can be ranked 70,000 but his all-important trades dominate the conversation and he cannot fathom anybody elses team  Laugh 3

BCT05 wrote:How many rd13 players do people currently have? Just to get a feel for the average..

I have 8 (9 in the unlikely scenario that Angus doesn't play Origin)

But strongly considering moving Haas and Jones to two rd13 players this week (two of TPJ/JJ/Schuster/Cotter/Robson) to bring me up to 10. Just don't see easy paths to grab solid rd13 players via my cows only.

13 (15 if Cotter + Angus miss origin). Think I can probably stop bye planning now  Embarassed

No drop at all on my end.

Damn ok wtf,I will try to contribute more. I work long hours, have 3 kids including a 4 month old so my hands are often full and I only get a chance to jump on early morning or just before night time games. I realise that I ask for more than I give at the moment,if you or anyone don’t feel like replying to me that’s your/their own decision whether to do so.

Already mentioned above, no issues with the way you do it- the forum won't exclude you for being time-poor. Don't expect any answers from me though, I hang out here all day and still don't contribute anything meaningful. My hypocrisy knows no bounds.

There are more people that read this forum than post on it.

If I have the time/energy happy to answer questions from anyone, it might benefit (or hurt) more people than just the guy who asked it
