If Hynes is named at fullback that will throw a spanner in the works. Not sure I can captain a wfb.

Liking To'o the more I think about it, but I do wish he was back on the left side
If To'o didn't play Origin, he would be my trade in.

Yeah that’s a tough one. I’d prefer not to get to sucked into it again.
Obviously it was a more serious issue (repeated head knocks & ongoing concussions symptoms) but he was projected to miss 2 rounds, ended up missing 9 and then came back and played off the bench for 4 rounds. I think I held for 7 of those while Turbo went massive....

Im almost tempted anyway. Surely won’t be any cheaper than he is now

Not owning Grant and them almost the same price I might as well punt on Cook instead
Yeah for my team buying 1 of I-Pap, Cook, Grant or Munster as a Pappy replacement is very tempting but with only 4 rounds left until rd. 13 a round 13 player like TPJ for example based on current averages will still outscore the non round 13 players over the 4 rounds
Grant - averages 66 = 198 pts (3 games) - I have used Grant as he's has the highest average of the 4
TPJ - averages 51 = 204 pts (4 games)
I realise the above is pretty basic & that any of the 4 could go large & exceed their average but so can TPJ in fact it's more plausible that TPJ will because he only averages 51 whereas Grant would have to get a few attacking stats to beat 66.

Big news here lads:
Cameron Murray to have scans on a neck/shoulder injury, could require 3-4 weeks on the sideline (via
@BulldogRitchie)
Sounding likely to be related to a disc/nerve issue in neck causing pain into shoulder/arm. If confirmed can be a tricky recovery process, tough to accelerate

I think the good WFB options at the moment all play origin anyway so kind of accepted I won't be getting a rd13 player from this trade

Not good news for Souths. I wonder if they will reconsider flogging him for almost 80 mins in the middle each week when he comes back

Yikes will be a big blow for those with both Murray and Papy.
Souths going to be struggling even more than they have been. Do the Warriors dare get up this weekend

This could impact Cook's running game because a lot of the time he relies on Murray's quick play the balls to capitalise on the holes in the ruck.

Also impacts origin selection too if he's out for a month. Could mean Angus is a lock?

I’ll see what Lee throws up Thursday night. If it’s 30+ I’ll hold trades and take it. If not the trigger finger will itch

Selfishly, this was the first thing I thought of as a Cook owner.
