1k short of going Schneider Crichton Nanai > Savage Crichton Aitken, it's a cruel world out there

Only managed to lose 3 (Crichton, Cotter, Nanai) of my first bye options to rep selection this year. 12 will probably do for me unless team lists throw up something unexpected

not playing this round so dont care if they play or not.
Are Hastings and Starling Trade outs as long term moves?
looking to go Ilias to Savage
then have abit in the bank.
was going to go Hastings to Tohu just as it makes the team better i think.

Problem is I’m hoping TPJ, Lolo, Billy and Schneider play just to scrape together 11

I think he might play lock this week. Then could be interchange again R14. My sense is the risk is not worth it anymore
Yeah I was going to get him this week, but the danger of Sitili back to edge and Butcher bench scared me off. Probably best to leave him be at this point.

All guesswork, but with Wighton confirmed for Origin, do we reckon Schnieder comes back in?

No Burton, despite being able to cover centre and halves.robelgordo wrote:Confirmed NSW Team (1-22)

Freddy really put the boot into the Dogs players based on team performances.
By this logic, J.Saf and Friz should count themselves very lucky indeed.
Surely Angus is playing with better form than Frizell, and Klem must consider himself particularly hard done by to miss out when J.Saf gets a run (admittedly only in the 22 training squad)
If the thinking is grab players in top teams, wouldn't it be smart to give Leniu, Koala or Olakatu a taste of Origin camp for the future?

Reverse ya trades
NRL Physio: David Fifita suffered a “low velocity aggravation” of his recent MCL sprain and is expected to miss the next 2-3 weeks. Re-injury risk for MCL sprains is low (mostly a contact injury in nature) so a bit of bad luck for Fifita.

Nah, won't be trading D.Fifita back in until he's starting and looking to stop being a lazy spud.Shady2K wrote:Reverse ya trades

Doing a bit of quick maths, I had Manu on my watchlist, but not sure he's worth it.
Say he plays 3 games at FB (in 2019 he played R14, 16, 17 and last year he played R14, 17, 18) where he averages 60 in 70+ minute games, and plays out the year at centre with a 44 average where he's currently sitting.
The most generous assumption is he scores 60 x 3 (180 points) at FB and 44 x 10 (440 points) at centre, to average ~47 from here on (620 / 13 = 47.69). And that's assuming his CTR average doesn't regress (has been around 40 the last couple of years). Good enough to be a keeper centre, but probably not quite WFB3 worthy.
He's currently priced at 44-45, so you're buying him basically at value. Would rather just get Aitken/Burton for slightly more if I'm going to get a keeper R13 CTR.

DiFi out probably isn't the worst thing. Felt like I was forcing trades trying to get all 3 of DiFi, Burton, and Tohu in this week.

Ahh well that’s helpful. Didn’t really wanna make a 4th trade. Will see how the week pans outShady2K wrote:Reverse ya trades

Kinda want Savage as a cash out but then that'd give me the following in emergencies after this round which is kinda gross
Savage WFB
Kiraz WFB
Koula WFB CTR

Yeah I need cash ASAP and Savage looks like the best option even though I dont want him in my squad , desperate times indeed.

God the app is dumb sometimes.
Trying to play around with things and do Penis + Ilias to Burton + Savage and see where that leaves me.
Put in Penis to Burton, centre to centre. Then Ilias (bench) to Savage. As soon as I click on Savage, it swaps Burton and Savage around to make them invalid trades (i.e. I'm trading Penis to Savage and Ilias to Burton).
Trying to get around it, I clicked out of Ilias and Penis as trade outs, and left Savage and Burton in that order as trade ins. This time. I click on Ilias as trade out #1 and Penis as trade out #2 to make them valid trades. As soon as I click on Penis, it swaps Burton and Savage around again!
Fucking hell, a little bit of intuitive UI would really go a long way at times. Already annoying enough not being able to make 4 trades at once, let alone having to do them one at a time. If I'm trying to trade a starting centre out, maybe just assume it's to the other centre I'm trading in? This dumb game will be the death of me.
Anyway, rant over.
