TK podcast, word from his Souths insider (and his inside stuff is usually pretty spot on) that Peoples is not in top 30 or on development contract and needed exemptions to play so far this season so is unlikely to feature again Sad

Even though I was jokingly blaming Avo for Kiraz's lack of scoring, I think both tries by Avo were fine. Waste too much time fucking around passing to the winger in those situations sometimes, just go for the line man.

I didn't see very many dummy half runs from Kiraz coming out of their own end. Hoping those pick back up like the week before. I figure opposition will kick to his wing more often than JAC's, but didn't happen much last game.

I think the sun was awkward at Belmore because both teams just bombed to the middle to the fullbacks. Also meant kicks were shorter with more players back at the start of the set, meaning wingers didn’t have to come in for an early carry as much.

Would expect in a more conventional (night) kicking game he gets more coming his way than JAC and does a bit better fantasy wise

It probably makes marginal difference with cloud, rain etc, but problem with this line of thinking is the Bulldogs are so bad that the big majority of their games kick off at 3pm...

Yeah, the Sun was actually mentioned in commentary in the first half. Northern end is completely open bar that sheet/sail they put up-always figured it was to help block out the train noise but probably moreso to help with the Sun.

We have this in common. I've spent all day trying to figure it out. I think Wishart rots in 21.

Haha, I was too. I don't think I can do it. Maybe. But I need to figure out something, trading Ilias makes sense but leaves no HLF cover. Of course I have Burton and Hynes, but they are needed where they are now and don't help with a late out. Sexton keeps tempting me too..

I'm getting on the Walsh train. But don't worry owners, I'm a good luck charm. I bought Angus because I liked him before his first 60, and that was all gut.

Walsh about to go on a tear, let's go.

Not sure if this has been discussed...

Is Api going to be the POD of the round ? Is there any downside ? Very reasonably priced

I guess the only downside is that long term he's capable of going sub 30 with 50 minute type games. Ironically he'd be a better buy if the Panthers were a worse team.

I don't hate the buy though, great little pod and definitely has pedigree. Just got to decide if you can cop him playing 55 minutes from time to time.

What's everyone's trade Sitch looking like at the end of this round? Currently I'm making two trades (Ilias and people's out) which will leave me with 13 (+4 but feel like we can ignore those for this purpose).

I am very likely to trade him in as one of my sideways bye round trades and hope he goes well for 4 rounds.
