The key issue for Barnett is the presence of Fitzgibbon. Barnett is now starting because he has been dropped, but if he gets back in, Barnett would get benched most likely.

Buyer beware but if you think Fitzy is dropped long term, then he's a gun.

Barnett has started the last four games with Fitzgibbon also playing.
Fitz has been dropped to accommodate Mann at lock.

It's Barnett's spot to lose now by the looks of it so fingers crossed!

I've literally been saying this for two months. For his price, he isn't (Wasn't even) scoring what you want. He was scoring around 50's, which wasn't enough for his price. Easy sell as it was ages ago

If we had unlimited trades every week sure Haas would have been nice to swap out while he dropped in price. Personally I had bigger problems than a keeper in a difficult position busting out 50s while I was playing the likes of DWalker, Starling, BSmith, Randall and Ilias. Most were in a similar position and certainly didn't have the trades to spare

I have the bank to go Tago to Papy but:

    a) it's all my bank

    b) Tago could still be a centre keeper (if I sell him would be doing shenanigans every week with May and Koula through Vailea next to Burton)

    b) Papy is, I think, almost certain for Origin 3 (at 14). Probable for Origin 2. He's much better than Hynes. Like much, much better. Freddie/Brandy are surely aware enough to see that.

The only way he doesn't get a spot is if he comes back looking unfit. If he plays well, scores tries, racks up stats, then he gets Origin. If he plays badly or has reduced game time then maybe he doesn't, but then his price isn't going anywhere for a post-17 pickup.

tl:dr - getting Papy now is an early move on a keeper, but expect a red dot R17.

McCullough back at number 9 could be a nice pick up next week if he is back to 80

Think they may just be starting him because it’s his 300th game don’t know if he’s regained the spot

Talakai still has cash to drop Wink

Seriously though, they're good shouts for R17 + run home centre guns. Haven't got enough trades to bother with that though...

Wasn't there something about Talakai playing last week but then being banned for two games for bringing the game into disrepute with the arrest warrant thing? Did that not happen?

Origin is a 7 day camp for game 2. Selected Sunday. Freddy's most probable change is Hynes 14 and probably Matto out for Friz, maybe Sims out for JTurbo. Idk though, I'm just a humble NRL Fantasy Fanatic

JDB at lock surely the only relevant position for him?

I had a look at Burton's average before and after Potter took over, and I'm very scared as a non-owner. 45.5 average under Barrett, 74 average under Potter.

TU: Swallow my pride, trade Haas to Burton (150k bank after that trade) and then worry about getting Papy next week

TD: Haas to Papy if Papy ends up playing, otherwise hold Haas a week (208k and 235k bank respectively)

I had JDB pencilled in... getting 60+ minutes at lock racking up the tackles.

Teamlist with Tariq at lock and JDB at prop has stalled me a bit. Will probably wait a week.

I still think Papy could make Origin 2 if he looks fit this week. But Origin 2 doesn't really matter for fantasy purposes, it's whether he plays Origin 3. So you're betting on both him missing out on 2 *and* NSW winning the game and not making changes.
