I think fantasy whichever sport it is can be very addictive & this of course can lead to both positive & negative consequences. Over the years you see the extremes. When you start out it's just fun then you progress to a serious player investing a lot of time into it & if your scores don't meet your expectations it can lead to depression at times but then as the years flow on the impact gets less & less & although you are still serious you can roll with the punches more & this is the stage I'm at but I remember a time when a poor team performance or poor captain score could literally depress my whole weekend.
