Kent was certainly living up to his name last night, particularly with Brandy. The series was live with under 5 minutes to go and Kent is carrying on about how NSW got it horribly wrong at coaching and selection level. Granted, Wighton probably should have been there but to call it a wholesale failure is a bit of OTT carry on.

I’ve never been an Elias fan but he handled himself with lots more grace than Kent last night.

Yeah spot on, it's just they have to take a tact or approach as it's content, and it's so boring and predictable.
It's a hard watch at times but what else is there. Not alot.

It's his best chance to make a mark, when there's no pressure and nothing to gain but highlights.

I like it, we don't have a real 2nd hooker option (Mbye and Sullivan don't count) and would have to think Macca is close to retirement.

I think holding is a good idea.

I would maybe go Crichton + Penisini to Aitken + Gagai / Tass, which is a clear 10 point upgrade to me and actually nets you some cash.

If you're happy to run with Crichton and save trades, could even just downgrade Penisini to Gagai to bank some cash ~100k, more cover and avoid Penis leaking any more.

Thanks for the thoughts legend. While I’ve got you, your work is amazing. Joining MTB and the wise cow as one of the forum MVPs

I’ve considered gags for sure but had Crichton and ponga pegged as looping options but gagai doesn’t work for that. He looks great value though

My 2 trade option was king to douehi to raise cash for Penisini to aitken and keep Crichton to rotate with KP

Probably just cross my fingers Penisini scores one tonight against the warriors

I’m also mad and considering Fifita next week

Robinson, who coaches his 250th NRL game this weekend, confirmed NSW Origin players James Tedesco, Angus Crichton and Daniel Tupou were also good to play the Dragons.

    Thanks mate, appreciate it.

I think your reasoning sounds good, especially with the looping side of it, Ponga is the perfect option.

    Only seen this from foxsports

According to The Daily Telegraph’s David Riccio, star halfback Daly Cherry-Evans confirmed he will back-up in Round 18. Speaking on Triple M, Riccio said the Maroons No.7 was immediately on the phone to coach Des Hasler. Jake Trbojevic will be considered for a rest after playing 68 minutes for the Blues.

Just realised I have 8 playing tonight - Robson, Lolo, Hynes (c), McInness, Kennedy, iPap, Moses, Tohu.

Plenty of other fantasy-relevant players in action that I don't own too - Talakai, Aitken, Penis, Mahoney, Brown, Curran, Walsh.

Hard to think of a more fantasy-relevant Friday this year.

Which Thompson is that? Didn't realise anyone still had Leo haha

But yeah, assuming you don't need Penis for CTR cover, upgrades across the board.

I'm going to need a lot of beers to decide who I will captain tonight.

Thats the only thing I'm certain of at this point.

Held him and Jing for the bye round. The 60pts was not worth the wait. Very annoying. In saying that, it allowed me to waste trades elsewhere so not the worst.

Predrinks at the light(fight)house, footy, then home to annoy the mrs further by watching the Open to well into the morning, whilst winding the dog up.

Followed up by early start for golf and beers tomorrow. No kids is the best
