I relate to this. I don't even recognise some of the bands named. I like lot's of things but mostly rock/pop/grunge, but it's rather individual, I'll like some things but not others. I often start my weekend with drinks and a very loud youtube session. Tonight involved Puddle of Mudd (I didn't realise how many songs of theirs I knew) Nirvana unplugged and Foo fighters. And Michael Jackson. I like Michael, but my 7 year old really, really likes Michael (control yourselves). Tries to do all his dance moves. I've been really into Ok Computer again lately. One of the best albums ever (Radiohead). I really like old stuff too, Cream, Beach boys, Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Doors, Aerosmith. Can't believe Winfield didn't know Aerosmith. I like classical music too - the classics but also look up the Danish Symphony Orchestra, they do a bunch of cool stuff like movie themes on Youtube.

They just kept doing the same thing (not exactly the same thing but all process plays no panic plays), looked supremely confident that they would prevail.
Once Moses went off the Eels were gone (but tbh it probably didn’t make much difference)

Hey hey hey, c'mon now.. I'd heard of Herosmith. Talk This Way, Can't Miss a Thing, Faded.. all the hits.
None of us had an Aerosmith album back in the day now that I think about it. Mostly spent our money on weed, but had albums from Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Pearl Jam, ACDC, Powderfinger, Grinspoon, The Vines, Jet, Wolfmother, David Bowie, GnR, Led Zeppelin, Matchbox 20, Oasis, White Stripes, RATM.. that would regularly be cycled through.
Then I'd download and burn compilations from others with a few good songs we knew, like Aerosmith, The Kinks, The Who, Tool, Tom Petty, Smashing Pumpkins, Spiderbait, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan etc. etc. End up with some killer CDs doing that, but also miss the full album experience and finding hidden gems.
Shoutout to The Kills while I'm listing my top 50 too. An all-time favourite with a mix of punk, blues and psychedelic rock, but came around when our stoner group were going our separate ways, leaving for trades or university.
Last Day of Magic, Baby Says (live acoustic version), Wait and Fried My Little Brains if I were forced to mention only 4 to check out to get an idea of their style.

Keep on your mean side is a killer album, all skuzzy blues riffs and attitude. Very cool band live too!

Foundation club and probably best of the last decade takes on a plucky upstart team celebrating their 20th anniversary. Not often you see a team in their 8th ever finals series going for their second ever premiership
