Is it worth starting Angus this year, or is he too much money to start in your 2RF?

He started slowly last season which will probably put a lot of people off. 2RF seems to be a position you can go cheaper and find a lot of value.
I think everyone is waiting on who gets the Storm edges, Blore could potentially start and then the two obvious ones Garner and Hopgood
