I'd think nothing about bringing food into a regular ward. Hospital food is shit enough I'd bring in outside food every chance i got when I've had to stay there, and wouldn't begrudge others doing the same.
Wine in the kids ward might need to be careful, but probably Ok if you're discreet

Teams won't care about it, I won't care about it but if it gets a couple more fans interested/invested then all good.

Yeah he's looking good, I just realised I can downgrade Meaney to TMM and then upgrade Burton to Hynes and lock in all three of Cleary, Hynes and Murray which is very tempting.
