Likely Murchie (484k) as the other EDG

What’s the verdict on Schuster? Definite Trap?

I’m tossing up between him & Katoa.

EKatoa if starting by literal miles and daylight

    Katoa 60min+ EDG 46.3 (70 mins) priced 31.3
    Schuster 5/8 36.5 average priced 33.5

I will say it again, Schuster is a more expensive Amone who had Hunt dominating from 2022 with DCE & Turbo who will take all KM and most responsibility and has a bye R2

Casual rep farming lol!  I’m starting with Turbo unless the obvious happens. And if that happens in the first few weeks you can downgrade him to any number of other options. Suaali’i has some merit but he’s not going to have you hiding behind the couch like Turbo will. And if Turbo busts out a couple of banners you will be ripping your team apart to get him in. And be a zillion ranks behind.

If you want Murray, I’d be finding a way to get him with Turbo.

Edit: tldr, I think turbo is pretty close to a must have (or at least starting with him is less risky than starting without him).

Been in my team since the start and not going anywhere. I think Collins and probably Lodge have great upside and priced at floor. There is always a chance Roosters blow a team out and he doesn't get a second stint but Collins should be the alpha dog this season

Still on a train and trial due to CBA delays so isn’t in top 30. Fantasy only usually includes top 30

I haven’t made a team yet but in my head he’s in it along with about 38 other players

I've done a bit of tinkering with my team, and I've managed to reduce the number of 250k cheapies in my team (7 down to 6 but I can upgrade one more if I need to), thoughts?

    $38k bank

    Cheese
    Murray, Haas, Tapine
    Garner, E Katoa
    Cleary, Doueihi
    I Thompson, Alamoti
    Miller, Perham, Warbrick

    Hopgood, Loiero, Boyd, Uto

    Doorey, HSS, Moale, Sloan

Hot take (maybe start the bold predictions for the season)

Miller will average the same or more than Turbo (at least for the pre Origin part of year where they’re both relevant)

    It's definitely guns and cows.

While I haven't started nailing down my team yet, so take this with a grain of salt, my initial feelings would be

    - That your team (like a bunch of us middle aged men) are a bit heavy in the MID section. All three of those guys look like MIDs you want to have in your team com the end of the season. I would spread the love around.

    - While B.Smith represents great value I don't think either he or Tanah Boyd are going to be a HKR that is going to cement that position your team long term. I see both of those guys as DPP bench cover.

    - That back five represents a lot of hope, I think you need at least one solid scorer there
