The way things are looking to shape up, I am going to have a very happy TLT.

Really tempted to run with Ilias if Beans is out , still think theres 10pts value there, also counting on Walsh getting named.

Doorey does not seem an inspiring Fantasy scorer, I'd so much rather be on the party bus

From all pre-season reports, Doorey is ahead of Carty on the depth charts. Matterson is back in R4. Can't believe he'll be playing bench mid when they have Carty and Doorey as edges rather than Lane and iPap.

Suppose it's down to whether Carty can show the form over Doorey in the first three rounds to make Brad Arthur consider him a first team starter in a way he hasn't for the last few years.

EDIT but three weeks of Cartwright scoring 45 does make a quick 120k...

Angus Crichton: Sources with knowledge of the situation have told the Herald he won’t be available for training for at least 10 weeks before an assessment is made on any return to the playing field. (SMH)

Tempted to keep him anyway and carry him on the bench for the week.

What’s the bet he’s named 18 to keep everyone guessing

Doesn't even look that relevant so why do people care? His 2 NRL games were on the dominant left edge and he'll be on the other edge and in NSW cup averages 30 with pretty average base stat of 107m and 97m

Are people expecting him to score 2+ tries every game in his career

They can play Carty like they did with Ipap. 50 minutes off the bench as EDG with Matterson moving to MID for 60-70 minutes total. Would give Hopgood and Matterson significant roles and Carty still ticking over some extra value when Matterson returns.

Carty playing that EDG role coming on for Ipap games in 2021 > 40 minutes, 49 average in 53 minutes.

You should really temper your expectation of bench players

From memory didn’t some people expect that of Staines? We all know how that ended

Yeah, he's not as good as iPap though. He's not as good as Matterson either.

He's been a bench player if that at Parra for two years, and he's not some improving young kid.

Quick120k if he averages 45 for three weeks. Still might be worth it if you get lucky with his scoring, but enough with the season keeper predictions.

Yeah pretty safe bet still. Facial injury right? Not like it will stop him running or flare up like a niggly calf or hammy.

When he scores his double hattrick he will just have to be careful not to be tackled. Clean line breaks only

Anyone who was running Hynes and Cleary tempted to get DCE instead of Hynes after the injury news?

For me it's very tricky. I've been thinking about starting with Teddy or E Butcher or both, with BS9 also. They all miss rd4. I don't want to be missing Eels edge in rd4 also.
