Again, if we get 3 weeks of the Carty party scoring a reasonable 40, we're getting 100k for our troubles plus a low BE to squeeze a little extra from the bench. Seems worth the risk to find out?
They do have Murchie and Momoisea on the bench though both can play edge.

There's a bunch of bench utilities (Donoghoe/Weekes/Granville etc)

Of the ones you didn't mention, most interesting is Franklin Pele. There's a chance for some decent minutes in that Dogs team at the moment, and he has a bit of hype about him

someone mentioned in one of these threads that Pele only averaged 35 mins in NSW cup, that stat just stuck with me, if hes getting good mins where the dogs have a lot of mids missing then i'll jump on him

im a big fan of Murchie, (eye test) i think hes way better than carty and doorey, i think he'll be in the team by seasons end (unsure if he'll be fantasy relevant)

With those Ipap comments, just too much risk for me to run Blore with Bateman now slated to play on the edge

Luckily more than enough other edge options to get tripped up on

I made a draft keen for some feedback I sent a PM to the few I wanted. Want to not show all my cards yet as I’m in a battle of the discords thingy this year and I’m representing LMC and some on here are in other discords! And yes it’s all good fun but you all know how competitive I am!

How do you determine who you think is worthy enough of a PM mate?

Judging by empty inbox I am leaning towards the fact he has at least made good judgement there.

Gut feel I think I sent it to 9 people you were one of them. Can’t send it to Mulvy whenever I have tried before it doesn’t seem to work not sure why!

Lodge is in at 510k for those interested (he actually is a bargain imo, but Roosters bye and Cheese/Egan make it difficult)

Young T at 319k despite averaging 38 last year (same as Isaac Thompson, I guess). 30 lifetime average at centre.

Nu Brown 469k, bang on his 2022 average (33)

Wasn't recommending him. Just informing that new players have been added! There may be more I've forgotten to look up.

Who is this J Preston? I heard on Talking League that there is a suggestions that he may be a late inclusion at 13. Does anyone know NSW Cup or Queensland Cup background? What is his preferred position?

Intriguing, but TPJ back round 4 could shunt him out of the 17 altogether.

Played edge for North Sydney last year. If he is a late inclusion at 13 I would suspect in practice he'd play edge and RFM would play lock

Scores a lot of tries for edge and has what seems to be a good fantasy game.

G’day Footy Fans. Have a bit of a different team than a few here

    Grant
    Haas Tino Uto
    E Butcher Wilton
    (C)leary Doueihi
    Alomoti HSS
    Perham CNK Warbrick

    Ilias Boyd B Smith Hopgood
Carty Party Stone I Katoa Talau

Very concerned about the back 5. Hoping can jag a few middies that go well.

    Any thoughts ?

How good are all you NRL Fantasy Fanatics !!

Haven't been able to contribute cause of that thing called work lately, but ALL of you guys make this forum such a great place to come home to when you need help with your team, especially after a couple of Wild Turkeys.

Anyway, all the best to everyone for the New Season, except Rabbits 21, just jokin mate, you're a good man, but R21, you'll be glad to know I've picked the Bunnies to win it all.

Geez, what am I saying, when I wake up later today, I hope I change my mind about ALL Rabbits. Wink

put Wilton straight in my team when i saw the team lists but the more i think about it, the more i'm going cold on him, Wade Graham averaged 55 minutes as a starting 2RF last year, if he and Wilton have essentially just switched roles, in 50-70 minute games Wilton's average plummets to 34, even accounting for 60-70 minute games it's only 36, he's someone that needs 80 to score well and i don't know that he gets it with Graham named on a 4 forward bench.
