with Fermor's ACL, I think there's a good chance Klese Haas gets that starting spot - they did it in the first trial with Klese at EDG, Stimson at prop and McIntyre at hooker.

Does this mean Joe Stimson has become viable again?

He was my guy last year. Had him most the year. That's awful news. Feel for him.

I did a draft for my main cash league with mates over the weekend, with the rule no trades/pickups until after R2

since then he’s the 4th guy to get injured and each injury is worse than the last.

Bob Jane (Sam McIntyre) started a few last year.

Titans play last so might be hard to adjust team if there's someone you want for him. I did like Stimson when he was at the Storm, but he's been a fantasy disappointment a couple of times since then

In the first trial, Klese Haas started on the edge with Stimson at prop and Bob Jane at hooker, so that would imply Klese is ahead of those two.

That said my plan right now is to have Klese in my 18-21, and switch him for BMM if he doesn't get the spot (Preston will lock out before the Titans 24hr cut)

Starting in a trial missing heaps of first graders (and in which the other options for the spot also started the game) is not a confidence inspiring move.

Titans might give an update to clarify things, but especially as last game wouldn't want to commit to much before final team lists

Yeah that's fair enough, but at this point I think I'll give him a chance - either for Preston or Talau depending on what happens. If Preston gets moved to the starting side before the Dogs game then I would run him and Klese in my 18-21 and leave Talau out, with the plan being to bring Talau back if Klese is not there since they play the same game.

That way I have a hedge against him starting or not, since if he does start I 100% want him in. I have Thompson in my 18-21 as CTR and WFB cover so I can leave Talau alone if needed.

If Klese gets the start I'll probably swap him in for AKP

Wow I. Katoa is 49percent owned. My concern on him is Bennett will crack the whip nobody is safe. If O’Sullivan does the kicking I’m not sure where Katoa gets his points in a poor team? Could be a slow burn mid to high 20’s avg maybe…..

When should we know who is replacing Fermor, If its haas, Ill grab him over carty but ill need to know before tonight's game.

We won't know before Sat night so probably just stick with Carty in your situation. For me, I can leave Talau out for him so I can wait right up until 1hr before kickoff and simply put Talau back if he doesn't get the spot.
