Everyone loving this Preston kid. I understand there may be a late switch before kick off, but I want to know some background on him if we have any insiders in the Dogs camp?

One problem I've had the last few years is not buying players because X is coming back from injury/suspension and guaranteed the spot

This year I have no trouble buying the likes of Doorey/Carty/Ford if you think they are good enough

Trindall and Blore still a bit risky for my liking

Apparently has a very similar game to Josh Jackson but seems to find the line a fair bit.

If RFM gets shifted to Middle (Prior or during the game), he will play the rest of the game on the edge I believe.

Surely the Fermor injury just sees liu go to 2rf and Clark starting with someone coming onto the bench to share minutes with Liu

Hmm, would love to hear KHaas (Klaas if he goes good surely??) is replacing Fermor this arvo!
As I can put my iffy pick of Loiero down to an equally iffy pick of Haas but at least pocket some coin at the same time. Doubt we hear before kickoff tonight though

Tommy T is popping up everywhere in everyone's team. He has a previous history of low scores, plays centre in a spud of a team that will be slightly better this year. By all accounts he played well in a team that pasted the opposition by over 30 points in the last trial, scored a try but still only managed (24) Fantasy points.

Is this only to cover CTR/WFB, because if it is that is not enough of a play to warrent this inclusion.

Cartwright is probably the biggest trap of all the cheapies IMO. His versatility likely pushes him back to the bench with Murchie likely replacing him. In fact I expect Murchie to start tonight.

Carty Party looks like a big trap as you said, Doorey looks like the second coming of Ethan Bullemor and Ford is alright but you can pay a little bit more and get Uto who seems like he'll do better.

Think he’s an option as a back line ‘gun’ to offset all the cows for those who don’t want to fork out for Tedesco

I don't understand what's not to understand. Not many gun WFB/CTRs are jumping out as must start with and even with one gun (I have Teddy) everyone is getting minimum of trash backs that will hopefully not suck too much. I'll have Talau every day of week over TMM HTF for more money who are possibly more trash

Uto is in my trap list too. Ofa averaged 63 minutes last season, klemmer 60, Twal 49 - Then you add two 80 minute backrowers to the mix and a hooker combo that will share minutes with each other. It leaves fuck all minutes for Uto to increase to. I think he will average at most 42 minutes per game this season

Same here, started and finished with him. I couldn't find a way to get rid of him when most did, and he became an absolute stud.
