How many changes are these "locked in teams" going to see over the course of the rolling lockout?

I threw together a team for the first time since 2018. Only 5 players different to the community team, so pretty standard. I figured I'd hit the salary cap with half a team like all my first drafts and I'd give it a miss, but somehow it worked out. Will see if a few years of observing and not really watching the games this season pays off.
