Did he even fail his HIA? I figured there wasn't enough time left either way.

He was on the sideline in the last minute with a green cross card. Don't know if he actually got on.

It was a Ponga season encapsulated in a game. An early try assist, then 6 points in the next 60 minutes, then a few minutes of looking like a fantasy god, then an HIA.

Garner looks lost in that Panthers side. I wouldn't be surprised to see him with less minutes or gone completely in coming weeks. Twice now he looks clueless.

Not that it has to be for Garner, but it's Hosking who looks a gr8 player. Surely a matter of when for him.

7c/497 is a nice welcome back. Only 4 in action tomorrow with Trbo, Trindall, HSS and Alamoti, so I'll take anything over 100 combined there.

No one putting their hand up for a trade out yet, but Uto could make way for a missed cow if he doesn't perform.

What's happening here ? Have you got 2 Hopgoods ?

He reminds me a bit of Fermor. No nonsense, hard running, good trainer, lots of effort. The kind of player coaches love.

Yes in way he plays mate, but Fermor is far bigger!

i actually think fermor out is good for talau because that left edge defense was very good with fermor there because he's a gun tackler with a high work rate

Unless they move Difita there. (Unlikely but not impossible)

The thing that attracts me back to Tohu (other than this being what I expected all preseason, he is just back to normal after a down year post-ACL), is that he was running at better than 1PPM for the first 60 minutes, but was gassed at the end. Even if they had just had him run 60 minutes, he would have scored 60+. As he builds match fitness, he will be able to run the 80 with a full tank of gas for an 80+ score.

I can trade up to him from NAS easily.

    Fucking hell?

So Tohu who has never averaged over 65 in a season is now going to play 80 mins (after building match fitness) and average a ppm for an 80 average?

Isn’t this the Warriors easiest game for the next 10 weeks though?

He was one I was yes or no about all preseason, and it was the draw that eventually made me decide to forego him. The 14 points in negatives is also a bit off putting, and could it be more against better opposition? For now, I’m content with missing this one, although I could be persuaded the other way if Stefano stinks it up on Sunday(say that 5x fast).

Do we really see Tohu playing 80 though when Jazz returns next week?

CNK looked pretty fucking good last night. He will be close to 400 k next week. I think i might have to pick him up. I have somehow managed to get Turbo and Teddy in my starting team this week with my tinkering.

So if the question is "who will people tear apart their teams for after round 1" is Tohu Harris

I can't believe people are downgrading guns who haven't even played yet just to bring him in next week.
Most people have someone like Haas/Carrigan/Tino./Tapine/Murray in that slot in their team, and as good as Tohu went last night, next week it could easily be the reverse.

Slightly better overreaction than Arrow last year
