Ray Stone 2-3 weeks. No real point in trading him out, is there? He'll come back and start increasing in price again.

Probably be a good downgrade for anyone looking for one at that point.

    Trade I.Katoa 223K
    To Carty 297K

Let’s say Cartwright averages 40 over the next 2-3 weeks and makes 110-150K, because I have spent 74K to get him in, I am only making between 35K and 75K… which by the rule book would essentially make him not worth it? (rule book states a trade in must make around 150K profit to be worth it).

No, because your base asset is now worth more ($297k) so when you sell him you will be able to sell him for lets say $450k

In 3 weeks if Katoa is still $230k and and you still have your $75K you have a total of $305k worth of assets

If Katoa hits 100 on the weekend and his value jumps in the three weeks then your profit goes down because of opportunity cost

Who's the better Edge option -
    TU - BMM
    TD - Carty-Party
    Serious question.
I have no interest in "reputation", whatever that is.

Well, in 2 minutes it's pretty clear I may have to join the Party afterall.
I'll deal with the PTSD over the last three times I owned him later.

Word from The Shire Craig Fitzgibbon is that Nicho Hynes might be back next week, or the week after or might be the week after that

They are priced different too, is there a way in which I can trade in the cheaper one?

I can see that you're totally not interested in reputation farming because you are doing it wrong

I too had PTSD from two previous ownerships, started him with the attitude that he was going to let me down, but was very pleasantly surprised and already happy, even if it's for just 2 more games.

The annoying thing was, everything looked set up for bigger minutes, but it didn't eventuate.

Whyte got 10 more minutes, Baker came on when 18th man was enabled, Turpin played 63 minutes.

He gets 40 minutes instead for 40 points and he is in the conversation as a trade in this round.

Just wait until Hutchinson gets 40 minutes in the middle this week

Never really thought of young Walsh, or are cashies more important early?

If I do 2 trades it would be Cheese and Uto to Mahoney and Carty. Mahoney seems more solid HOK option with no bye for ages and Carty best chance of cash generation. He was in and out of my team all day before first game. Uto I'm worried about just chugging along and maybe he loses minutes to those other middles. Either those trades or no trades but leaning towards trade.
As per posts about why trade Cheese after 1 HIA affected game. I thought a lot about going without but high ownership spooked me

Garner to Cartwright. The momentum for that trade is strong and with good reason.

Who should I leave out of my 17 - Carty, Doorey or Trindy?

It’s almost a Cheese move to start the season at this point, so many jumping on you’ll almost be in the same boat regardless of the result.
