    I do not think so;

Ryan Sutton $528k if he averages 48 for 3 rounds he will end up about 610k.

I do not think he is a genuine keeper or a mid-range cash cow.

If you had have hopped on from the start he was a very marginal cow making about 130k.

There are better value guys at his price point or less who could get you good cash; Uto, Nicholls and even guys like Leo Thompson in the slightly lower $ bracket.

Indeed I did but if I'm bringing in Tohu then I need to acquire the funds to upgrade my halves from somewhere. Muzza seems like the easiest option.

Flip side is I stick with Boyd as my half, give Tohu a miss until Origin and just bank the extra trade.
Downside is it doesn't net me as much points, which I would like to build on these first two rounds.

Talau --> Walsh straight up leaves me a little short in upgrading Boyd to Cleary/Hynes in a few weeks.

Patience is probably the right approach, but just much less fun Sad

Fuck me Sloan's got some potato scores. Dolphins have Stone and Ese'ese returning Rd 4, so not sure if Teague would stick around. Storm with a bunch of expected returns from rounds 3-5, so Garlick might be off the menu too.

Might just trot out 3 of Doorey, IKatoa, Boyd and Warbrick, or all 4 if Trindall's done for now and bank some trades.

I think Garlick is pretty safe for now, he managed to make the bench in round 1 when we had Munster (meaning Wishart was also on the bench) and NAS, and he was one of our better forwards on the weekend, making 23 tackles in 25 minutes without missing a single one (he is the only one in the 17 who didn't miss any except for Bradley who played 10 mins).

He needs three 30s to make 90k which is easily achievable at his PPM, and I think he's safe until at least Kamikamica's return, as Jordan Grant would drop off for Eisenhuth and Sims would come in for NAS. Kamikamica's return could push Garlick out but it could also mean that Sims, Eisenhuth or Macdonald drop off the bench as Garlick has been playing very well and offers utility value (being a former hooker)

Yeah I'm not touching Hammer at that price. Will keep rolling HSS and Alamoti for now. Bird and one of the gun CTRs that's falling in price I'm aiming for down the line.

Talau was cheap at least and has dual.. should've been a slow burn, but kinda fucked now.

Cheers Beth, much appreciated. Will give me something to ponder if Doorey and IKatoa shit the bed first up and I wanna take a punt. Got a bit spooked looking at the casualty ward and all the imminent returns.

What a disappointment the Tigers have been. After signing Api/Papalii/Klemmer I was genuinely excited about seeing the team play this year. Not expecting title contenders, but surely we were going to show something. But 2 home games later(Both Sunday afternoon at Leichhardt) we don't look like we have improved one iota.

Those were 2 very winnable games and Tigers were crap in both. What is going to happen when we play a good team? Taken just 2 weeks for any optimism about the season to disappear.
Api was bang on when he said we were shit, and now we are killing both his and iPap's careers

May as well join the rant, having spent the last two Sunday arvos at Leichhardt.

The players don’t look fit enough. They looked tired early both weeks. Api could barely move at back end of the game. Doueihi was too tired to run. Players cramping up.

The forwards don’t look like making a tackle bust or getting their nose through the line. Klemmer, Ofa, Twal etc. Klemmer drew cheers when he backs an extra 5 metres but it was always so slow the knights had an eternity to set their defensive line.

No organising half. Doueihi looks most likely, but running is his best asset. Brooks lost the ball each week at critical time. Just depressing.

A little thing, but the ball kids never had the ball ready when Tigers want a quick tap. The poor kids didn’t know what was expected of them. Just seemed a symptom of an unprofessional organisation.

After the game, the players all got their kids out on the field for hugs and kisses. Plenty of smiles and fun. First week they lingered for well almost a hour. Mind you, not as a team. But individuals all over the place. Maybe I’m too old school: but get your asses in the dressing room, debrief and face the music.

    JUSTICE FOR RABBITS21!

I've updated the price predictor on the website so that you can edit the magic number it uses. It defaults to 14000 at the moment.

Might update later so that it remembers what you've set it to, each time you come back to the site (on the same device).. not yet though... time to go home..

their main problem right now is that new training facility. it just opened to start the 2023 pre-season. its all shiny and wonderful. everything is nice. everything feels good. everythings cruisy. then rounds 1 and 2 come along and you forgot that you actually need to do 3 months of hard work to win NRL games.

same thing happened with the broncos when they opened their new joint a few years back. oh we have this new fancy best in the world facility and now we are a great footy team. team went to absolute shit as soon as the hard yards started.

if it isnt clear, i am talking shit. or am i? mostly shit? coincidence? i think not.

I'm going for dinner and touring said facility in a couple of weeks. I'm letting my hair grow so I can get a free haircut.
