Sharks are last game of the round next week, really bad if there is uncertainty on Hynes availability to play and if Trindall ends up on the bench.

Super frustrating weekend so far (mainly due to getting absolutely belted in main H2H), but a quick glance at scores after the two games-
Miller - very nice, young man. Some class touches in there.
Gilbert - chugging along nicely, no matter how he's getting the points each week.
Crossland - now that's not a name you see often at this end of the scorer's list.
Gamble - should have lost 5 more points for that mix-up with Miller.
Leo Thompson - could have used that last year.
Aitken - looked good tonight. Was hoping there'd still be a lot more of his price tag to slice from.
Croker - jeez this dude scores well every time he takes the field. Shame he can't nail something down.
Lemuelu - such an interesting prospect, but surely not the kind of mindfuck anyone would need, trying to keep tabs on where and how long he's playing each week.
Isaako - unstoppable.
Hammer - wow, that a turnaround from that half-time score. Bit of a worrying watch tonight, but came good again. Will he keep doing it?
IKatoa - did okay to add a couple of points to his total at the end there, but really not playable under any circumstances, it seems.
Nicholls - the inevitable fall from grace, I guess, was due?
Ray Stone - oh shit, I had to play him in Auto-fill.
As for game two, still can't believe the Roosters actually got up in this one, but;
Campbell Graham - killing it for my Draft team.
Paulo - genuinely happy to see the kid doing well. Speaking of Draft, brought him in a week when he tanked (last week?) but maybe should have held.
Murray - fucking Murray, as a non-owner.
Radley - solid score.
Teddy - the underwhelming ride continues, to an extent, but holy shitballs, how did he get up to 48? I'll definitely take that. Much better than the 20 or so it was looking like for a while.
Bit of chat around Teddy but I firmly stand by the fact that I think he was a really bad first up purchase (as someone, obviously, who did so). At the end of the day, any player that you bought in at full price, that every one else is going to pick up 5 or 6 weeks into the season (including a bye, meaning his price drops are saved for one week and it could have been 4 or 5 weeks) for 100K less, is not a good pick. Main thing being, there's no HIA or injury involved. He's just been a potato (and unlucky as balls last week). Teddy will be a must have by the end of the season, which is why I wouldn't even consider a trade out at any point, but a lesson well and truly (re?)learned, not to pick expensive WFBs to start the season. Cards on the table hindsight says I should have gone with Turbo, but knowledge to pass onto 2024 Teeth Eater is to go for a reliable HOK over any single expensive WFB (MIDs, EDG and HLF already well covered).
Anyway, it is what it is. Just hoping that I can make some type of scoop trade while everyone else is tied up bringing in Teddy for pocket change.
MCK - probably unlucky to get that bin, but even still, scored well. Frustrating for owners, no doubt, as to what it should have been.
Cheese - if anyone here is into betting and didn't put money on him to score a try tonight, they do not like winning bets. As certain to happen as tomorrow's sunrise. Still, his overall score will not fill anyone with regret, no doubt.
Suaali'i - wow, that's a shit score, but must confess I like watching this dude play footy. Fantasy scores aside, good player to watch and hope he stays in the game.
Skipped over a lot there, but as noted, a bit frustrated with how the weekend's going so trying not to dwell on Fantasy too much. Hoping Super Saturday delivers the goods, but a pattern is already emerging...

Have got the unenviable decision of playing iKats 25 or looping in AKP.
Given the best we've seen from AKP so far is 26 with a try, I'm honestly tempted to take the 25.

Haven't got that many calls right so far, so pleased it looks like selling E Butcher was a good one.
Nothing spectacular from Cook with a 52 first up, but can't be too unhappy with that.

Yeah I'd take the 25 too.
I slotted Katoa in over Doorey so now I'm hoping HSS sneaks over for a try as I play him over both of them.

Yep, I'll be selling unless I have other fires to put out. He looks lost on that left edge. His line running is terrible. He'll have to trip over the line to score a try. Not an urgent sell, but with the bye, the only thing that will save him, is lack of a decent cow option.

- Spoiler:
- Can we please get through a game without losing a forward first set I’m fucking over it. As soon as we get 1-2 back we lose 1-2 through injury.
So many Souths fans tonight seem just about ready to jump off the gap. It was so hot at the game I was dripping in sweat the whole game. Arrow will make a big difference in the middle he has to play next week.
Our biggest issue is holding the ball and in the air same as last year beating ourselves. Yes we aren’t getting a rub of the green currently but it can turn. The second a Rorters fan booed tonight they got a six again or penalty instantly that’s exactly what we have to do the next 2 home games get out there support the boys and get into the ref relentlessly. The 4-1 six again count tonight didn’t help. Murray made a 35 metre run then there was a second effort on him and they were 4 metres offside and we got nothing.
Trell everyone should lay off him he was marked well and I thought he got his hands on the ball more than usual had 16 hit ups. He busted his arse.
AJ not the best game especially in defence doesn’t help though when Manu is holding you away from attempting a tackle of saving a try.
Campbell: Very strong tireless but bombed a try.
Tass: Not his best night was very hard marking Manu. He tried his best.
Thompson: A mixed bag got found out on their second try. He did offer good hit ups out of trouble and made a couple of strong tackles. Would’ve had 2 tries had Campbell passed.
Cody: Not his best game he’s a bit out of sorts had a strong first half but not so good second half.
Lachy: Made some strong tackles but made too many errors 4 of them and an avg kicking game.
Junior: 149 metres was a strong first game back.
Cook: Made some very strong runs made over 100 metres tackled his heart out but a couple of poor passes.
Sele: Bloke has no luck.
Keaon: Worked very hard was so gassed at back end of both halves on a hot night he gave it everything…
Chee Kam: Wasn’t good but wasn’t bad. Did his job I guess but a poor error second half.
Murray: What can you say works so hard he couldn’t walk early on second half so had to have that 13mins spell. Murray is an inspiration out there.
Tom: Was pretty strong but fell off a couple of tackles.
Moale: Was a bit out of his depth tonight found it hard…
Shaq: He was good better than Moale but unfortunately now has a foot injury great another middle down.
Jed: Was solid in limited mins.
All in all guys it wasn’t meant to be tonight I’m not overly worried. Arrow back next week is a big in and Hosty. JD will have them up next week. Better the scum beat us now and we beat them when it counts and we will I saw enough there tonight! As I said we bombed about 3-4 tries.
My after game review the Rorters got this one and it hurts but there wasn’t much in it.

Rabs mate if you seriously believe that as soon as fans boo the ref awards a penalty I'm not sure what to say to you. I couldn't keep reading past that point of your post.
On the injury front though yeah so many middles from teams going down at the moment it's pre sad to see, Knights have no one, Titans are depleted, Rabbits and Roosters have a few each. Injuries are the worst part about the sport, sucks to see tbh.

Yep, 45 average for Miller now, interesting to see if he can match Walsh for the season.GarethEllisismyDad wrote:

Same for me its fucking embarrassing!
We all like a whine at the ref, but if he isn't there and any level you don't have a game!
Absolute fucking joke for a "fan" to centralise most of your support through shouting at the ref in the hope he gives you some penalties.

Well that’s what happened mate they did get some home crowd penalties and 6 agains their fans were entitled to boo as much as they pleased and I’ll be doing the same the next 2 home games!Welshy wrote:

Refs are human and often when the home team fans beg for a penalty or six again if often comes people who say this didn’t impact a ref out there hearing all that I disagree with. I’m not blaming the ref for us losing tonight but it would be nice to win a count all 3 away games to begin with haven’t won a count yet and yea I understand part of it is a discipline problem.

You don't win fucking penalty counts because the home support boos more!

Yeah can't complain too much. Captain Hopsomething 35 is very disappointing but going with the crowd there, doesn't hurt too much. Other than that though:
Hodgson 51
Murray 63
Butcher 37
Cartwright 45
Ted 48
Turbo 75
Miller 61
Doorey 30 at 18 if I need him.
A little kissed on the dick. As usual, Sat and Sun will likely ruin it. But hoping to improve from 29.5k!
