Let me know if there are any numbers/changes you would like and I'll see what I can do.

    So good, thank you!

    Couple of points/queries:

I think you are still using 32 rather than 36 as the starting number of trades

Is the average team value for the start or end of the round? I thought it would be closer to 11mil rather than 10.5.

Thanks again for getting it up and running, season hasn't been the same without checking relative progress during the weekend to punish myself further.

Thanks, have already spotted the trades.

Will take a look at the squad value, definitely looks wrong.

BE can determine when to buy but shouldn’t be used completely to decide who to buy. I agree ford can wait a week but as I said the doubt around his role is in theory less. No better cows aka players who will make money over a given period currently, let alone one who can be played in a week with multiple fires

I'm currently looking at bringing him in.

    I was originally looking at;
Hayze Perham $369K WFB BE 10 - He looks like a decent base, able to TB and crab across field, racks up a decent MG and sniffs around for offloads/opportunities - never the less looks like a 20's floor.
Tyrell Sloan $324K WFB BE 1 - Pretty low MG and less of a tackle breaker. Appears to need a try to be hitting 40's, but then he's scored 9 tries in 11 games at fullback - would be fine in EMG, but not really ideal for a starting 13.

The main question with the two above is do they really improve my team much over having to play ITT or Warbrick - maybe 10 points on average?

If I grab one of the young fullbacks then I probably have to play a wing in pos 17 this week - less than ideal

    Alternative was:
Jackson Ford $353K MID/EDG BE35 - I'll try to catch up on the game vs the Knights, but he's a bit of a known quantity, works hard and capable of putting up a decent score. His floor seems more likely 30's and 40's, and reduces the number of bench OSBs in my team. BE isn't everything, so on balance, I'm probably leaning towards Mr Ford

I think Ford will be on most peoples menu next week and we're just giving him a miss with a BE high enough he wont get away.

Most are either looking to improve their HOK, HLF, CTR or WFB and another EDG isnt all that pressing to most.

He will definitely be a cash out consideration for me next week if he starts again.

Sloan, Null Null, and Ford are the ones I'm interested in. None of them are must haves, but they provide better value than some of the benchfodder in my team

What are your thoughts on Sloan mate?

I'm interested too but just know if I buy him he'll go straight back to being the guy who's scored 9 and 13 with tries in 80 minutes at FB.

I think the only must have Cows we have had thus far are Carty and Preston (maybe EKatoa as a dirty mid cow) and every other cash out has been a bit of a gamble / short term hole fix.

So I recommend only picking up the players suggested this week if you have a glaring hole to fix, lack of positional cover, injury, or failing middy that you want to dump. As it doesnt feel like missing any of them will be season ending.

Fence Sitting Yeah I'm really on the fence, I kinda expect him to drop a sub-20 score this week or next.
He's still cheap enough to make some coin and be an emergency option, but too risky to be playable in the 17

Host a very unsexy option but surely assured 10 points of value. Might get some time in the middle with MCK spelling him on the edge. Souths undermanned and Taffe on the bench. Also toying with Keppie but I prefer more minutes on field over a higher PPM, however unlikely Host seems for attacking play.

PS- actually a pretty good idea. Stats and metrics in one spot. And definitely the rebellion against Darth Butters and his paywalled fantasy stats.

I can't buy Host again, I just can't do it to myself Very Happy

I'm going Keppie because I like the MID cover and I think Manly are playing well.

YAFSS back and learned (very late) that OTL is back. What a day! Currently listening to OTL - loving the 30 min runtime.

Yeah, he’s got that Rugby League Fantasy Pro app, which is basically just an overcomplicated version of MTBs site, and somehow still far more displeasing to the eye. I never used it last year when it was free and now subscriptions range from $30-$90. Gotta respect a side hustle, but also fuck Butters

Yeah, I actually paid the $20 for the season. He's battling a bit, updates are always really late and keeps overhauling stuff.

I think he's basically using Excel as his backend which is not going to be much fun.
