Reynolds vs SJ. Who'd have thunk wed be here in 2023.

Anyone going a different direction at HLF that isnt Cleary or Hynes?

Agree, we've looked better with Barnett on the edge, but at the same time we've barely seen Ford because of the HIA

FWIW - I think Barnett is a huge loss, as is Egan, can see us losing this week - Although we are back at Mt Smart

Would be a huge win for us if we can win without Barnett & Egan

Step too far i think this week, but if we can drag them down a bit and stop Kikau at source we might be okay.

Think we are going to struggle to contain Kiraz and JAC out of their end though, need big games from Montoya and Kosi

ARey was my pick last week, but gave Butcher another chance. After ARey's last outing and price going up, I like Moses for a little extra.. I'm gonna see if I can band-aid the halves until Rd 7 and look at Hynes, but might have to settle for Mitch.

Or should I have focused on Halves, with having to play Boyd next to DCE ?

Considering Fogarty a little tbh but think it's going to be hard to resist SJ. Gone cold on Burton

Extra $100k seems a lot to me for Reynolds when over the long term he's probably only averaging 5 points more than those guys? Unless people think he's now elevated above his historical scoring level

So would be SJ currently or if i'm waiting, I'm looking for a slow 2/3 rounds from Dylan Brown or 1 really bad round then grabbing

Those trying to bring in Hynes this week should consider why most people with Trindall are holding him this week. I doubt Hynes would be playing this week if he wasn't 100% good to go, but.

I think niukore is the Kikau killer he and sivo are 2 players who have always stood out to me as if they get some solid contact put on them early they disappear for the game. Very worried about kiraz as our edge defense has improved immensely but is still on the weaker side. Couple of big outs but we went to Townsville with a rookie fullback and come away with our best win yet and the dogs haven't begun to fire properly yet. I'm feeling cautiously optimistic we put a good score on them.

Hope you are right mate. No Egan is big for us, turning into a quality rake

I like Ford but would of preffered to see Curran back on the edge
