A clock is by definition simply any device used to display time. So you'd still be incorrect, as the one who introduced the word clock, you would need to specify "some broken clocks are right once a day, and some are right twice".
If you really wanted to get specific, the correct saying is a "stopped" clock is right twice a day, because a digital clock with a broken screen is right zero times a day.

I was right though. A broken clock is only right once per day. Clockface is a different story.
