Isn't it crazy to think about mistaking something that's not human for a human? Our brains are wired to see patterns and familiar shapes, so it's easy to mistake something that looks human but turns out to be a rock, a tree, or even a mannequin.
It reminds me of those horror movies where the killer is wearing a human skin suit - like, eww, that's messed up. But in art and literature, it's super cool to imagine non-human creatures with human-like personalities or characteristics, like talking animals or robots with emotions.
