He'll miss every attempt for the first 10-15 mins of the 2nd half and then come off

Bird's gone to 2RF with Su'a out which isn't great for his scoring, but he's made way more than 13 tackles and 32 metres.

This ruling is crazy when you consider DCE shouldering JAC out of the way then going on to score a try with no action in round 1.
