I, too, thought he was milking at first, he did try to milk one the last time he had the ball in his hands.

Not sure where the penalty was. Is one just supposed to lock their knees mid run?

If it wasn't a penalty, you'd have to give that as a try, and you can't really give that as a try, so fair enough.
