Russell not getting dual is an absolute rort, the man has only played centre this season and hasn't played wing at all. If there was ever a clear cut case where dual is warranted, this is it.

If I didn't know better, I would say that Failhub deliberately does this because they hate the idea that people might get a good cheapie, which is why they also overpriced guys like Schuster and Welch.

I'd say, after years and years of playing the game, that it's never a great idea to try and anticipate what FanHub (or Ricky Stuart) might do

Trying to figure out whether holding Carty until the byes is worth going CNK over Walsh/Teddy this week in order to get Tapine back

Initially had Carty pegged as a downgrade option which allowed me to get 2 gun WFBs this week but he might be a 45-50 scorer playing R13 at this point

You should update your team tracker link to this year's ones, currently going to 2022 thread

He's only ever played 1 game at Centre in his albeit short NRL career also mind.

Was named on the wing R1 pre injury wasn't he as well?

It's disappointing but it's certainly not a rort

Well yeah, though even without dual Russell is fine for now, I have plenty of centre cover. If he did get dual I would be able to trade Alamoti and still have cover though.

Yep was named wing then dropped out for Lumelume

His CTR start last week was the first ever time. Bit of a reach to expect DPP straight away, maybe in the next update

So far I’m looking at these trades if I play Boyd at HOK. Looks like they are for free as well.

    Trindall > Teddy
    Brailey > Bird
    Hopgood > McInnes

Gets Warbrick and Alamoti down to EMG for a well earned break
Don’t know if I should be missing out on a cheapie like Couchman/Crossland so could go for one of them over McInnes

Lemuelu safe buy? Assume he'll keep the edge spot with Kaufusi back and KBrom back to the mid rotation

Tbh I forgot he got named in round 1, that explains it more. Don't mind so much since I have enough centres already, but would have been nice.

No way he doesn't get it in round 12 if he still has the spot (and he should since he got it on form in the first place)

I don’t if he’s really one to rush out and get anymore getting mid 30s

May as well wait until next week to see if he keeps EDG if you haven’t got already

That being said, CTR options around that price kinda suck. I’ve just kinda zoned out on CTRs hoping Bird, Alamoti and Thompson can carry me through to the byes until Manu is an option

I have 625k to spend on a CTR, I only have Alamoti and ITT so need one in case ITT is a late out

    1k short off Bird lol

Penis and Farnworth seem like the best bets in your price range, or maybe Cobbo if you want to go cheaper

Yeah I don't mind Herbie. Fits in the 'pick players you like to watch' category

Souths do play first though so I might not even need to trade in a CTR

I could also get Sele instead of Couchman, which lets me afford Bird or Walsh...

Yeah I'm not crazy on Lemuelu tbh. Prob means I shouldn't trade him in.

Watch out for Jojo Fifita in reserves, could be a late in for AKP.

He was in the reserves last week too. While AKP bombed a couple he also came up with a couple of very crucial plays towards the back end of the game that just were not fantasy related.

Played one game this year and only four in his career his only one at centre last week. I don't understand why people are furious he didn't get DP.

Would love to see a team put up here with anyone that has managed to fit in Cleary and Hynes.

    Any takers?
