I just know that JMK's score tonight is contingent on whether I press the go button or not

If I bring him in he gets a 37, but refraining leads to a 61.

If we see week 2 Garner again this week, I will look at bringing him in next week, will still be really good value.

Lol of course Fox don't report anything unsourced. Woodward and Bernstein on the NRL team news beat.

Thing concerning me on I. Thompson is he’s carrying a pre existing foot injury he could come back next week or week after and it flares up and he’s out again. Generally anyone carrying a foot injury I tend to trade out.

Would you bring Murray in now or should I stick with Matto?

if Matto keeps getting 70+ mins he's way better value IMO mate, and I think he should keep that role since he's one of Parra's best forwards. I haven't really looked at the bye schedule yet, but he's also a low chance of origin which is normally a good tiebreaker when tossing up between players

Yeah, especially with ITT who relies on his speed

I agree. I should have said that. I'm a non-Hosking owner, but knew that owners would be concerned at such news.

Have a look at Matto's games at lock last season, never played more than 61 minutes. I would expect that last week was a one off with Paulo out.

Nah doesn't concern me. I'll believe it when I see it. Those late mail crews make some wild predictions.

Alternative I would consider is Hopgood to Gilbert, and just leave it at that for the week and see how Couchman/Sele plays out?

Parra also lost Papali'i in the offseason and needs a bit of quality in their pack, especially when they've run 2-4 so far

The amazing thing is that the guy with unknown job security, coming off the back of a 92, who was already $550k is pretty much the template Matt pick, except this was the one time everyone else went for it and he didn't.

Just a gut-feel, but I'd go with Couchman (who will hopefully get 45+ mins) and Alamoti (he's due a big game after last week's spud affair)
I'm swapping between ITT & Alamoti, they seem to go week about in terms of scoring half decently.

He was solely playing EDG last year, except for 3 rounds at lock. Was the season before that he played a lot of MID minutes.

If Hosking gets dropped on game day, he's an easy straight swap to Frizell.

      Current date/time is Fri Nov 22, 2024 11:25 pm
