I think he is primed to be upgraded to a top shelf gun tbh. Not an urgent trade but I have 250 k in the bank and if nothing else pops up (but it will) he can turn into nearly anyone.

Very luxury but fair enough, if you have Loiero he should be a far bigger upgrade priority
