Rethinking my trades this week as Murray on the chopping block with 2nd lowest score this season and playing Origin. Watching the game he seemed to be catch and pass a lot. All base but only base 40 tackles 3 MT 137m

Cap'n Ranta wrote:Didn’t get to watch the game and traded in Host. Know tonight wasn’t good but if he’s named to start next week again for 370k he’s priced at ~27. In a vacuum of round 8 this sucks but could still see Host averaging 35 over the next 5 weeks to be up near 450k post rd13.

This score took away my hopes of him getting to 500k by resetting his BE and I have no confidence playing him in my 17 so it sucks but it’s not all doom and gloom unless he played so badly he loses his starting spot???

Put it this way. Rabbits were getting beaten. Then they subbed Host back on for the last 8 minutes and scored 2 tries to win the game.

But its correct to say that was a shitty Fantasy score, even by the low standards Host sometimes gets you. Not even the most anti-Host people would have thought he'd go that bad without an HIA/sinbin to impact things

Bula was given a Top 30 contract yesterday with an extension cheer

Certainly does not sound like there is going to be a last minute switch

Seems crazy to be talking about trading out Murray imo

or Couchman? Everyone is claiming that there are no viable cash outs. He is easy to get in next week but why miss out on the 30k or so that you will get this week if you trade him in early

Bula will need to score 35+ for that 30k... I think that's a real stretch

Yea not sure it's worth downgrading the Couch to end up with a sub 20 score. Think I will either try and turn him into Crossland or wait a week for next weeks no doubt must have cheapie

I am pretty tempted by a base price fullback in the worst team in the comp (seriously, lol)

    Carty and Loiero/EKatoa -> ~gun + Bula, maybe.

Not certain on trading out the storm edges this week, but their byes aren't great.

If Carty starts as named, I will just hold.

Do I just double down and go Couchman -> Bula. Grab $100k and run? Surely couchy is just going to put up another sub 20

Lodging an official complaint with the NRL over moving the early Friday night game this week. Everyone knows that Friday Nights A Great Night For Football. The fuck, I got to wait around until 8pm to watch a game this afternoon?

The most he can lose is 10k, so Host has this won.

Looks like it hinges on Carty starting this week for me (so I'll probably miss the kick off and fuck it up)...couldn't follow through with the Host trade in yesterday so dodged one there.

Just noticed I can go Alamoti & Warbrick out and Manu & Bula in with only a $13k hit to my bank...mmmm

or Warbrick and the Couch with a > $100k hit to my bank
