So who do we see as potential trade targets?
And who do we trade out?

Hold Manu or not the first big question.
With Bird and Null (and Alamoti) we don't need a CTR, but we have no WFB cover for as long as Manu is out. Ponga a good buy for price, but not for upcoming origin/byes
    Do we want Billy Smith?

Harrison Edwards, Burbo the other cheapies people are interested in - if we get one who do we spend the money on?
Trent Loiero probably a good one to upgrade if we get the funds - he's just about max price, only plays 1 of the big byes

Hold Manu. I'd say Hopgood is the major bye target (for Loiero) but might be worth waiting until next week with Origin murmurs.

Other question is whether to jump off Teddy.

Not many enticing WFB options... Drinkwater, Garrick.

Personally I think Burbo is a pass. He has poor job security, he is pretty shit, and he is very prone to injuries and HIA’s. I think Edwards is the pick of the cheapies.

How about Ford? Still hold seeing as we held one week?

Think Manu is a hold, and yeah Hedwards looks like the go to cheapie for most this week. Safety in numbers perhaps.

And then possibly just hold and see who does and doesn’t get selected for Origin. Team looks pretty well set to slide into the first big bye

Long term who do we want our edges to be?

    Fifita and ?

Some options are iPap, Bateman, Hudson Young, Hopgood, Nikora, Wilton, Koloamtagi? maybe someone like Angus Crichton if thy find form?
More likely just the best we can afford at the time we want to trade one in

And assuming we want Fifita and he plays origin - what round do we bring him in

But in an ideal situation, who would we target, and what round would we target them

Difita and iPap ideally. Fifita would have to be after Origin, iPap could be a target in R14.

If we bring in Edwards, and we're holding Manu

Trade out would be Ford (misses this week but plays 13), Host (plays 13 and has some money to make) or Loiero (only plays 16 of big byes, made most/all of his money, but is the best scorer of the 3)

So Loiero gives us most cash, but costs us most points too

Also, how do people feel on Teddy. Trade him out for a loss? or hold and hope he comes good
I think he'll still be be one of the better WFB from now to the end of the season - don't think he'll get extra rests due to Roosters position, so I am tempted to hold, but concede others may not feel the same
If we do ditch him, we need a WFB this week.
    Ponga? Billy SMith? someone else
If we have money do we just go Dylan Edwards? - possibly the most total points from a WFB between now and r27

I think it might be best just to have a no trade week.

There's no obvious trade outs for a cow like HEdwards. None of Ford, Host, Alamoti or Loiero make sense to go this week.

The team has enough cow's that I don't think it really needs HEdwards.

Could get on board with Loiero or Preston out for a rd13 gun but might as well wait for next week.
