    I've put together a table of players that scored the most points over last years bye period (R13-18);

How many players can you guess that were in the top 3 total points scored?

Forget about origin - which one of this motley crew would you trust to be in your team?

Is it just a coincidence qld teams, except broncos are all playing in the later games and may not make the 11day HIA turnaround ?

As a Tigers fan and Brooks detractor this isn't such a bad thing. He's $1M price tag this year was a result of him taking a cut previous years. So he's probably worth a bit over 1/2 of that, he's eligible for marquee & longevity concessions so Brooks on the books is less than $500K

As a Tigers fan, I'd still like to score points next year, and hope our recruitment takes steps with that goal in mind

You do know thee's only 7 days in a week right. The longest break you can get without a bye is 9 days. So 16 teams every week are in exactly the same boat.

For some reason, this made me thinks of "Posts Per Day" PPD metric for some of you legends.  You're at 7.8.  Behind MTB who is at 8.9.
Mulvy at 7.4 and 41 days away from hitting legend status based on historic PPD.  But given we're in season, should be quicker than that.

So if DCE, Tino, Fifita were to receive a Cat 2 on Sunday, that puts them in jeopardy for SOO 1. Depending when the 11 days start.

Penrith origin players played last night.

I'm in the predicament of having no other Mid to play this week, anyone worthy of a forced trade in in this scenario ?

I could go Granville or Ale to a stop gap option, or DCE to anyone...

Yeah was going to say Granville or Ale to a stopgap but it's a bit of a wasteland at that price.....maybe H.Edwards but he doesn't play next week (Do you care?)

DCE could go to someone like Hopgood and then you hope like hell he doesn't get picked for SOO or Matto???

Edit : Contractually obliged to mention JDB despite my 'no JDB' policy

DCE misses 13 + 14 + 16, so he is a trade out next week if not this

I think you are fine trading him out this week

Tapine, Horse, JDB, Tohu, Hopgood - all bye friendly MID options that would be fine to have in your team

I've done Granville to Hedwards if that helps?

No concerns re: Hopgood with Joe Ofa most likely going to Parra after the weekend?
