    R13 Trade plans R12_sc11

1016 this week. Our rank is 222. We've got an answering machine, it will talk to you.

Lots of possible moves this week.

we have 9 players pre-trades (8 if no Miller)

    Robson
    Horse JDB
    Ford
    SJ KNik
    Bird Lemuelu
    Miller

Miller sounds like he is an out, but who else goes?

Talk discussion here and we'll put up a poll

71k ITB and 15 trades remain

Miller to Ponga if the mail is true - gives us 194k to play with after.

I think Harris (671k), Hopgood (771k - yikes) are the other priorities. So need 1248k to fund those two.

Loiero defintely out IMO, and maybe Boyd?

I don't think I'd use a 4th trade to get 12 players, no WFBs standing out. Best I could think was Alamoti to CNK/Johnston, but almost think it's just better to keep Alamoti now for R16.

222 is an amazing rank - says a lot about the wisdom of crowds. Hopefully I can overtake this team this week.

    Those 3 sound solid

I think Ponga and Harris are 2 good trade ins

Is it worth bringing Hopgood in?
Drinkwater, maybe Gutherson are the WFbs I'd consider, and I know some people like Garrick

Any of the cheap cashouts likely to provide longer term value? I suspect not but willing to listen to ideas

We came 119th in 2019, our first year running this team. Not been that successful since, but looks like we have a chance to beat that this year if we can get some momentum over the byes

I'd certainly go Hopgood and his DPP and three big byes over Harris with a chronic knee injury and a four forward bench, if it was a straight choice.

Drinkwater as a (probably) goalkicking playmaker albeit in a shit team is worth consideration. Ponga is a lot cheaper but with slightly worse byes and more risk.

Fainu probably the pick of the potential moneymakers?

Miller is an obvious sell now. Alamoti is dispensable. There are arguments for flipping Haas or even Hynes.

Other names I've been considering for my own squad: Tatola, Joe O, Taumalolo (if named)
