    didn't Volkman injure his finger?

TMM is also due back round 15 too

Volkman is named for NSW cup team so assume he's fine.

Dylan Walker also due back soon would be more of a worry but Metcalf looked preferred before he got injured pre-season and the fact that they needed only 40min from him in NSW cup before getting him back to first grade I think speaks volumes. It's a risk but one I'm happy to take given his scoring potential.

Anyone chucking the C on Hopgood?

72 average playing over 70 mins which doesn't feel unreasonable this week. Maybe gets a rest or bumped to an edge though if they stomp the Cows?

Worked out in order to grab Bateman and Cook next week I need to roll the dice with Ponga again over Isaako. First world problems.
Just the 2 trades gives me 13 for the week and 392k bank

Alamato + Cheese out for Ponga + Garrick

    Robson
    Tapine DeBelin Horsburgh
    Hopgood Luki
    Moses Johnson
    Bird Lemuelu
    Drinkwater Garrick Ponga

All the best this week everyone.
Off to decide on whether I want my oil pressed or harpooned

JDB seems a safer 70+, especially as captain, should be locked in for 80 minutes this week.

Quick one and may be a stupid question but is the MN usually higher or lower in bye rounds or just depends on the round/no trend?

He was on for 100 last week before getting moved to the edge, and I don't think they'll thrash the Cows, this is the kind of game where they play like shit and win by 4 points.

    He's my captain this week.

Hmm yeah fair enough re JdB.

Does Couchman get bigger minutes this week? Or is it still about 80 mins split evenly between him, Kerr and Hunt assume Mbye and Liddle share the 9?

If I had JDB I would captain him. I have it on Hopgood.

Regarding the Couchman question above it's in the context of Granville to Cook or Couchman to Tohu.

Couchman to Tohu feels better but the injury risk plus a nagging feeling Couchman gets more mins is making me waver.

    For me CHOPGOOD

How much good would chopgood chop if chopgood could chop good cheer

Got a simple rule: captain the guy with the highest average. Otherwise I just end up overthinking it.

    For me, that's SJ.

JDB C and Bird VC. Leaves flexibility for any change of trade plans heading into tomorrow.

SJ, Hopgood and JDB all look like great captaincy options this week. Hopefully they all get 100+.

Probably been covered, but if you have both Niko and IKat (and SJ in this case), who are you locking in?

Guarantee whoever I play will score 25 while the other scores 80 in EMG.

Expecting iKat to lose a lot of the kicking this week next to Milf. I would go Niko.
