If Evans gets that one big game that has the tbs and offloads or try and whatnot, it will be enough to see him get a decent rise over a few weeks.

The question is if we get that game from him though

I knew with Ferguson & Aubusson in my centres tonight they would score crap. That's why I got Tedesco so he could prop up their scores. I'm actually relatively happy as I was sure my 4 players tonight (Hastings, Aubbs, Ferg, Mitchell) wouldn't even crack 20 points.

I have 5 roosters but had a feeling we'd smash the cocks so I benched Evans, Hastings and JNik.

43 from Mitchell and Aubbs, well could have been worse

Gee you lot are expecting miracles from mortals. Evans with a solid score pre updates for a player of his price. He's mainly an impact player who's playing a starting prop role. He'll come good I reckon when he gets a few players back around him.

Aubbs yeah, is what it is.

My goal over the next 2 weeks is to get rid of a few of my Roosters players. I'll be happy to keep Hastings, J-Nik & Mitchell as they'll still make money but Ferguson & Aubusson will be sold.

Did warn everyone preseason that Fergo wasn't going to suddenly become a gun at fullback. Glad I stuck with my guns and avoided him

Thinking people are more upset as most players that were in tonights game were cows/mid rangers so probably looks worse than it really is.. Hopefully the guns balance it all out later

Surely you aren't trading Aubbo out because Copley got injured? Burgess or Elliot will be there next week

Ditto. He stunk there for the Raiders and that wasn't going to change. He could/should go ok at centre (not sure why he didn't) but there you are getting what you paid for rather than an undpriced cow/gun. Then again I made more than my fair share of cock up's so I'm wiping my brow for avoiding another rather than patting my back haha.

Yeah mate, thumbs up to you.

Like I posted on the previous page or 2, you have to trust your gut, not what others are saying.

Fergo at centre should still be rocks/diamonds ok. He's still well capable of turning big point plays there once the Roosters get their arses in gear and it's not like there are any other centres screaming "pick me" at the moment. Would be a bit of a panic trade on the back of tonight.

SST is the only gun in this roosters team

Most of us thought he would get more TB's and run metres mate. I left him out but did have him up till a day or 2 before lockout.

Ferguson & Aubusson miss too many tackles & the fact that I have 3 Roosters players in my starting back 5 is not good considering the form of the Roosters. I will replace them with players that don't make me dry reach. I'm liking K. Naiqama & a cheaper option like C. Scott if he plays well for the Storm v the Warriors.
