    INDEED. Not happy Jan.

    Hopefully that's just spacechook malarkey.

getting a fair bit of traction now RE Peats. His manager is meeting with parra today..

i reckon turfing peats will leave the playing group pretty jaded and kill their season anyway. may as well not play for points.

Being a Parra fan, id rather not play for points than lose Peats.
If we cant get under the cap by offloading Watmough and someone who doesnt really matter, id prefer to not tear the team apart for the sake of chasing 12-15. (which is near on impossible anyway)

Agree 100%. Would have thought Peats to be a key long term part of the side.
Surely they would prefer to release Paulo early and a few other players of less quality.

At first thought this was more of a prank than anything, but now it's all over the net

maybe the difference in the paulo dollars doesnt bring them down enough, but regardless, it makes no sense to keep paulo when he's already leaving next year and the raiders recruitment manager said they have the cap room to take him immediately.

Gold Coast chased parra for peats last week and are at it again. Parra have depth there but id much rather move mannah to ESL then lose Peats.
The NRL want to see a big name go and that's why they artificially moved breaches from 13/14/15 into this season.

Despite having had a week and a half to do it, I haven't even thought about trades for this week yet.

But also, I haven't watched this week's Game of Thrones yet.

I will suffer from conflicting priorities tonight

So Peats is owned by about 5% of teams. There will be a few gutted managers, especially those that have only recently brought him in for the Bye Rounds. De Gois a serious option if this Peats rumour is true Huh!! Average around 45 points when he played big minutes this year and is a nice price at only $223k. BE of 48 means you could probably wait till next week to get him too at around that same price.

Peats owners should take a look at the Titans bye rounds to assess their coverage.

before Peats last game his BE was about 70 or something so a lot of people had time to wait. If he had a lower BE last week I bet a lot more managers would have been caught out

The exact reason I don't have Peats at the moment.

Hopefully Peats goes to the Titans. He would surely get 80 mins there. Doesnt he have a wife and kids though? At what point does player welfare come into this?

I hope he at least makes a few of the players think about their efforts and motivate them a bit.

Ata Hingano. What a superstar. Kid should've been man of the match against the Jr Aussies.
