560 with Smith(c) and LAM to come
I've managed to dodge the big name injuries so far with only Henry to worry about.
Thinking about Whitehead to Carter but feel it may be too premature to get rid of him.

I'm on only 463 but I still have Smith(c), Bromwich, Packer, LAM and Mann.
Big night for me!

similar situation for me, 550 with Smith(C) and JDB to come. would love a 75 + 60 respectively.
carter very tempting, almost a must grab. for me it would have to be evans or grant out for carter, but i'm not sold on ditching either of those at this stage. i also have whitehead and see no reason to trade him at this stage.

Those looking at trading Whitehead out should stop panicking. I'm looking to bring him in(probably round 3) he got 80 minutes (was expecting 50-60) and the Raiders are a very attacking team. His base stats were on par with superleague he was just missing attacking stats

Go for it now.
I believe you are like me and have Seggy and Lichaa?
Certainly at least one of those needs to go, and depending on the rest of your squad, probably both.
My plan at the moment is one to Garvey/Randell and the other to Peats/Smith.
Other guys are interesting but I'm not sure any make as compelling a case as getting hookers fixed up

If I had kept Rochow and instead swapped Packer for Carter it could have been a masterstroke. Good old hindsight

Yeah I have Evans and Grant as well. May look at one of them.

Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy thread part 12
could you not wait on one of Peats/Smith and sacrifice the points for a week and get one of the boom 2RF like Carter, Turner etc before their price begins to skyrocket? As in Smith and Peats $ won't increase by as much as the lower priced 40 2RF scorersMilchcow wrote:

Secret piece of NFF etiquette when discussing trades for the following week:
After the siren has sounded and some plodder has fucked your score for the week is generally the accepted time frame. Exceptions can be made if said plodder was also your captain.

evans played a few less mins than i'd hoped for, as well as in a team that got pumped.
grant played just under 60 mins, but in terrible heat and a game full of stupid errors, general ridiculousness, and 11 tries. his PPM should increase in a more "normal" type of game.

Can't get Carter in my team soon enough. Ha had him in my team first up but was like "Nah he'll only get 30 minutes or so off the bench, no money to be made" and when he was named to start I was still like "Next week Gurgess comes back, he's benched and you wasted money"
This is where logic gets you in life. Logic said it'd probably have been stupid to run with Cody Walker for one week unless Keary's really on the outer but low and behold he's now got an extended run ahead of him presumably.

Those of us who have Slater and not much cash on hand, what do we do if he's not named tonight? I wouldn't fancy keeping him and eating Latrell's 8 as my lowest NPR. Kennar if you want to chance on a rookie and free up cash, or Mann if you want another midpricer?

you simply cannot predict injuries though. fact is, carter would be on the bench next week if it werent for them.
