Is it a bad idea to grab both iPap and Bateman before R17?

    TU: No
    TD: Yes

Hors is legit injury cover for Whitehead, so can understand it.

Okunbur is harsh. Been playing pretty much exclusively as a MID. Could have had those vintage SST WFB/FRF vibes.

How is Horse any different from Matto though? I think Horse after this week will have clocked more minutes on an EDG than Matto this season?

For that matter, how is Horse different from Crossland? Is he not just legit injury cover for Brailey?

Crossland I suppose was injury cover that became permanent. He didn't get DPP first time round either. But, yeah, only difference with Matto is that he has history on an edge and Hors doesn't.

Who is everyone captaining this week? I’m thinking of just sticking with Hynes

Do you have Bula, Oloapu, Preston etc? Can you play two non-Tigers 2RFs in R17?

Non-Hynes Owners who are we captaining this week?

    TU: Risking Cleary or

TD: letting JDB take the reins?

    Or some other alternative?

I’m trading out Haas to get Dedwards and Ramien in. I’m not happy about it as I’ll bell punish me but the plan is to trade Hedwards and Flegler to him after the origin period

I was tempted by JDB but was nervous because he plays last

Yes to Bula and Oloapu. That makes 5 including Alamoti. I suppose the #dream is to trade out Alamoti before then and have a good scoring 17.... Two edges that round is going to be a massive struggle. If Luki can survive until then, that would be grand

Edwards still worth bringing in or has that ship sailed?

Personally struggling to justify bringing the Dylan variety in because already have Bula, Teddy, Ponga, Walsh, Drinkwater. Would rather spend the money in the edges or @ hooker

No Fainu is a bit rough. Has played nothing but EDG in first grade

Reckon Okunbur was stiffed too. Arguably KBrom as well, as while he's gone back to the EDG, he's been a preferred MID too not just injury cover.

Matterson is a bit weird now, should've given it to Horse. Jojo and Russell fairly random as well.

Fainu has also only played EDG in reserve grade this season, hasn't played MID in any grade this year.

If I put my bye planning hat on I’d be looking at this so far if I bring in Turpin and Ipap.

    Turpin
    Hopgood
    IPap, Preston (Loiero)
    Oloapu
    Manu
    Bula, Perham

Straight away maybe Ipap isn’t the best idea this week for me. MIDs are pretty uninspiring for that round but should probably find someone and hope for the best or wait for Matterson to return.

    Bit of a headache

Casualty Ward shows Bird rested Rd 15. I'll give him a week's grace.

You just alerted me to the fact that getting Bateman/IPAP gives me three EDGs for round 16.

Have Preston and Carty at the moment and had intended/hoped to hold both through 16

Hmmmm maybe get a HOK this week instead

Edit FUCK problem is, i need an edg or a ctr this week to field 17 lol!

    Alamoti it is!! cheer

Crossland To Turpin an okay trade?

Haven't given it much thought, does seem a bit meh but with Cheese not back till Round 20 - Could have some value.

That 120k net profit is quite nice.
