I am happy with that ruling. Was a shoulder charge but the shoulder didn't cause the injury. Penalty sufficient.

But he wouldn't have been in a position to clash heads if he'd been attempting to make a proper tackle rather than a shoulder charge. That's orders of magnitude more dangerous than your average hip drop or crusher tackle that gets binned imo.
