Thoughts on going either Carrigan or Tohu
    to Kolomatangi?
    If so which one?

    Sideways or upgrade?

I am aware they are in different positions

Sideways I’d say. Depends on who your current edges are?

Isn't this just in regards to how any player that cops a solid knock is taken off for a hia ? Even when they aren't concussed at all to begin with

Just find it curious that nobody before has ever been taken off for a Cat 1 and not had to take an 11 day rest. At least that I can recall.

Does it mean what looks like a concussion not actually being a concussion is rare, or is this some other loophole that is about to lead to challenges to the rules every week? I might have some concussion symptoms* just trying to understand it tbh

*I have had at least 3 cat 1s in my life, and embarrassingly none are from playing competitive sport

still think its a flip of the coin between them.

My thinking as well. Pretty sure they were scoring similarly at half time. But well done to anyone who jumped on, I went Cook instead.

You absolutely do not need Koloamatangi if you have those two guys already

That's fine but there are better players to get for that - KK has three byes remaining compared to some other guys (Bateman, Nat Butcher etc.) who only have one left.

Yeah I think that's all it is.

Reckon the independent doctor got it wrong at the time, I'm not sure that he displayed cat 1 symptoms (loss of consciousness, balance disturbance, impact seizures & no protective action when falling) and it should have just been a cat 2.

Getting consistency out of the independent doctors will be challenging, at the moment you'd swear they are standing around in Tweed jackets with elbow patches sucking on a bong.

I'm holding, he should be fine to back up and not get a rest in R17/20 since he has long turnarounds in both weeks (Sundays in both weeks), as well as no travel needed between Origin and backing up (his R17 game is in Brisbane, R20 game in Sydney), not to mention he will have had this week off to rest too.

I've got him, JDB and Robson all out this week but could be worse I guess.

    Fuck

If I had double digits I’d yeet so fast

But I’m shit, so down to the EMG he goes

Edit: means I have to trade Cleary to Moses to field 17… surely he’s not in origin….
