Some tough calls for Billy this series, cutting loose some of the old favourites. Looking like Dearden will wear the coveted Maroon 7 jersey when DCE calls time.

Robson for Origin?  I can't believe we are going to go in to Game 2 with 3 Hookers!

Robson can play some middle and is a bloody good defender at least. They could use that to keep up with Qld's mobile pack later in the game. Doesn't offer much utility value though.

NSW probably delayed the announcements because its a public holiday down there and they cbf. Nothing to do with the fact there's a game today

Everyone assuming the Tuesday team announcement means Moses is in the frame, but what if it's for Burton? Seems like the kinda thing Freddie would do.

Quite a lot of players in the frame in the game... Burton, JAC, TPJ, Paulo, Moses, RCG, er Carty, and of those only Paulo is a certainty, so kind of makes sense for injuries if that's why they're doing it.

There is a non zero chance the origin halves pairing for Blues is Reynolds and Hynes.

Reynolds with the best short kicking game in the NRL frees up Hynes to play off the cuff.
