As long as you can cover the R17 bye, Simpkin seems like a better bet. He's got more time (Api out at least 6 weeks with the broken jaw) and isn't a total plodder.

Not clear to me due to paywall whether Robson is 9 or 14. I have so many questions about both options. Think they could just call off this arvos game so we get to the more important stuff sooner

Fucks sake, I bought Robson to cover 13 and 16. Ended up playing Cook instead for 13 and now looks like he's out for 16.

At least Nanai in is good for Luki.

I have a similar predicament, currently have 5 guys out that week (Hynes Bula Bateman Oloapu HEdwards) but planning to sell the latter two. Buying Simpkin would take me to 4 outs, with a further 3-4 needed to back up (Walsh Haas Fifita plus Grant if I buy him that week as planned).

I still think I might just do it and play short in R17 if it comes to that

Jesus Robson really... Brought him in last week for him then to miss the next two, lovely.

Not sure about the selection, someone more versatile would make more sense.

Simpkin looks ok but I really think he won’t play as many minutes as he did this round. I think Tigers will name a bench hooker and Simpkin plays 50-60ish

Robson a better option than McInnes at least. Dude hasn’t played dummy half for years, just injured, can’t make the Sharks starting team, but sure let’s consider him for the bench utility spot lol

As a Hynes owner and Moses non-owner, I would be perfectly fine with it, though ideally it'd be Moses and Luai with Hynes dropped so that everyone breaks their teams to get him this week and saves me from having to worry about a captain.
