    (Complete speculation)

His loyalty has to be with the team that he is contracted with for next year, and was at before trying union. Also lives in Auckland.

He is, but I think he's worth that the way he's playing now, his PPM is actually ridiculous. Yeo is more of the plodder type that just racks up huge base while AFB has good base but also offloads like crazy.

Can't really go wrong with either but if I can find a way to get AFB in for round 19, I will definitely do it.

It's the AFB I expected when he first came to the Warriors. Has always shown glimpses of what he can do, but this season has really stepped up. Has been a huge figure in that pack

Webby's got the Warriors playing like a real team instead of a group of talented individuals, no wonder guys like AFB and SJ are killing it.

NSW could learn a thing or two from that.

Someone mentioned union players are exempt from the salary cap, not sure if correct or not.

So say what’s happened, give us the reason

You can’t say I want to go home after you sign on for 3 years having lived there for 6 years

Also do it at end of the season, don’t do it publicly,

He’s jumping ship cos they’re shit, which is fine, but the going home excuse is just that

He was always a vocal supporter of the coach who got dumped. That is the key thing that has changed.

Gotta admire CNK - watching the footage of him signing autographs and chatting to the crowd by himself well after the game has finished.

bit silly to expect him to rubbish the club publicly. you don't go out of your way to affect your future job possibilities by airing personal grievances to the public.

the club is a basket case, doesn't take a rocket science to work out what's led him to not want to be there.

he said a long time ago that he's always wanted to come back to brisbane, its not exactly a lie.

My read is that he is leaving because the club's board/management group are a shambles and are making bad decision or operating in a way he doesn't respect.

    I’ve Labored the point,

But he’s publicly trashed the club by requesting a release as captain

And he signed his last contract 8 months ago to take him to the end of his career in Sydney which contravenes what you assert

Finally I think the reason I am on this is that he is given a very easy path for ditching his teammates an the club that has paid him very well

If people can opt out of contracts because the teams not going well where does that leave us

Everyone moves to top clubs mid season

    Also I don’t like lies

Oh i didnt mean the Broncos, just brisbane/queensland in general.

I reckon Dolphins would be most likely

    With you mate

Contracts don't mean shit. Any player can have a whinge and get out of it, whether that's 'compassionate grounds' or otherwise. Just a piece of paper
