Haha Simpkin can be cover in case that happens. Would be nice to get some early inside infoSnatchpato wrote:

Though I've been teaching my year 12s confidence intervals lately, so I'll phrase it like that.
I'm 50% sure there's a 50-75% chance Hynes gets picked.

Youve been using 4 trades a week for the last month?
well not exactly, more like i used 4 trades too many times before that, had 4 trades total when he decided to become a problem and now have a singular trade left until the top-up to field 17 this week and 13 the next

Drinkwater is the attack for cowboys and in great form, scoring well even when they lose. Looking like the must have wfb, Teddy not so much.jackorot23 wrote:What's everyone doing with Teddy?
I've held since round 1 as the money lost was too much
do you think keep him around and hope he gets a few more scores or swap for someone like drinkwater?

got Edwards who Im happy with and then Teddy Bula Ponga (like i assume alot do)
might give all of them 1-2 more weeks then dump the worst one for some Cleary cash

For next year or this season?
For Tino, Mo it said next year. Was less clear on Sexton but the article did say "Sexton has been told he can leave the Titans to free up salary cap space for Hunt"

I'll be holding. He's obviously way off his best but he's still averaging 45 on the season (excluding his 24min game) and the three weeks before he went 84,70,51 which seem to be easily forgotten.
If Turbo and Latrell were fit then I think a sell to one of them would be a fair consideration but it's hard to see Drinkwater keeping up this purple patch for the rest of the season (although it's probably easier for me to say as a Drinkwater owner)

807 using 15. Hard to be upset with that.

I just bought him. He was hitting 50s. Expecting him to continue that trend with the occasional shit showing.

Tough week with 3 Eels on the bye, and also having Hosking & Turpin.
In hindsight I should have gone Preston over Hosking
Hopefully one of the lads suits up this week

Would be quite nice if a base price edge with good job security who pays R19 and can average ~55 could show up this week.
Is that too much to ask for?

Not base price, but the closest you will get to this is Blore, now that Bateman is lock. Going really well on the EDG and still cheapmrbrownstone wrote:Would be quite nice if a base price edge with good job security who pays R19 and can average ~55 could show up this week.

Definitely on the watchlist.
I was thinking more a Grant/Haas type cow, though

Tempted by Tatola to Fifita this week. Can scrape by with 10k to spare in one trade. Damn Holbrook getting fired a couple of weeks early (over 12 months late in reality). Probably hold fire though. Tats has some value as MID/ EDG cover (via Hopgood) for the bye next week. Plan was to trade him to a CTR or WFB if he's excess. Maybe Penis or Kiraz or bring Lemu back if he's fit and starting.
DCE at 718k feels like a must have at that price for someone that averages ~60. Probably wait until Rd 20 on him too and hope he doesn't go bananas this week.
Murray at 652k for Rd 21 another steal. Still has a bye after, but hard to ignore at that price.
17th man this week without trades is between Tatola, Sandon and VTW, so probably loop Tats and Sandy and hopefully don't miss out on more than 15-20 points from holding the trade.

Has averaged 60 since taking on the role, without any tries.

Gotta love a two game sample size average with one very high score making a mockery of using it as an average.
He averaged 45 in 6 games at second row in 2021. Still a decent pick but its time for guns.
