Just read Riki might be out for the season
Although missing rd 19, might be handy come rd 20, with raiders/dragons/rabbits bye

Drinkwater is the attack for cowboys and in great form, scoring well even when they lose. Looking like the must have wfb, Teddy not so much.

Not convinced he's the next coming for fantasy. Can be hard to tell the difference between a purple patch and the next big thing. Loving it as an owner and Cowboys supporter though, but I'm prepared to punt him if necessary.
But yeah, Teddy, ughh. B/L might be right after all.

Stranded at Suncorp
Branded a fool
What they say Monday at the forum, wont be cool!
Walshy, can't you see I'm in misery?
We made a start, now we're apart
There's nothing left for me
Love has flown, all alone
I sit and wonder why
Oh, why you left me
Oh, Walshy?
Oh, Walshy, baby
Someday, when fantasy is done
Somehow, someway, our two worlds will be one
In heaven forever and ever we will be
Oh, please say you'll stay,
Oh, Walshy
Walshy, my darlin'
You hurt me real bad
You know it's true
But, baby, you gotta believe me when I say
I'm helpless without you
Love has flown, all alone
I sit, I wonder why
Oh, why you left me
Oh, Walshy?
Walshy, Walshy
Why?
Oh, Walshy

What is this "punt" word? Is it the same as "yeet"?

The one that bothers me all the time when Aussie commentators say it is reef... I think they mean to "rip" the ball, no idea where they get reef from.

Drinky was almost as good last season, not like he has come out of nowhere to play this well.

Probably hold fire though. Tats has some value as MID/ EDG cover (via Hopgood) for the bye next week. Plan was to trade him to a CTR or WFB if he's excess. Maybe Penis or Kiraz or bring Lemu back if he's fit and starting.
DCE at 718k feels like a must have at that price for someone that averages ~60. Probably wait until Rd 20 on him too and hope he doesn't go bananas this week.
Murray at 652k for Rd 21 another steal. Still has a bye after, but hard to ignore at that price.
17th man this week without trades is between Tatola, Sandon and VTW, so probably loop Tats and Sandy and hopefully don't miss out on more than 15-20 points from holding the trade.

Yeah I know, but he's 700k now averaging 46. WFB's are volatile. You could make an argument, to back Teddy to return to a form of sorts and avg 46 (Drinkwaters avg this year and last), while Drinky becomes Cleary. Teddy's avg is 45 minus the injury game anyway. And Drinky has an extra bye. Just brain storming. We'll see what happens. Greater than zero trades certainly helps, although I'm not in a massive position to brag either.

Common knowledge that Whyte is at least twice as good as Wong.

Granted I've only got two trades, but I'm kind of got the opinion that's it's nearly time to stop messing around with byes and get the keepers in. I managed to hold Haas, Fifita and Cook, and brought in Grant last week. Will be short rd19, but most will be.

Who’s been in your team from R1?
Teddy Haas and Loiero (lol for now) for me
And Hopgood out and back in

Pretty impossible to predict which of the common four WFBs (Ted, Ponga, Drinky, Bula) is going to score 20 on any given week and which will score 70. Probably safest just to stop thinking and hold them all as entirely possible they average the same.
Do feel that Garrick will average more than any of them in the run-in though. Suppose injuries etc. will make the decisions for us in the end. Would be kind of handy to have a 220k WFB red dot to loop, but can't really carry that with 21 man squads and byes every round.
