There were 7 differences between the teams, which is probably on the high-end of what I expected at this stage of the season. It shows there is more than one way to skin a tiger.

On paper, WT probably had a marginal edge in the forwards, but Easy Tiger's trio of inspired trade-in Radley (60), Bateman (60) and Harris (56) outscored Yeo (51), Butcher (51) and Haas (48) by 26.

In the outside backs, NULL (54) easily outscored Bula (28) to double the lead to 52, and Kris v Ramien was a shitto push 10-10.

Where it was won by WT was:
Halves - DCE (106) outscored Munster (58) by 48
17th man - in carnage week, EasyTiger could only manage to play Colquhoun with his 4. This against rookie Jordan McLean's improbable cameo for WT... 9 would've been enough, he got 38! Although if McLean doesn't suit up, he had Sandon Smith (22) in emergencies too.


So there it is, congrats to both but especially WT.

It was a rollercoaster of a weekend based on my projections and it wasn't until Kris underperformed in Game 6 that I thought I still had a chance. It was bittersweet though, as Kris tanking and DCE going ballistic in Game 7 hurt ET much more for overall. I was really hoping Ramien could do the bulk of the heavy lifting, but at the same time, relying on a CTR to do anything isn't a great position to be in.. unless it's fucking Gagai apparently

Some consolation for Randomsil, Jumping Marlin, The Goat Boys, Robelgordo, UKJC, Aardvark and finally Easytiger that you all lost to the guy who won (or one as Mulvy would say)

Better luck next year to everyone else
