If you don't have the money for a full gun mid, Max King worth a look. Minutes up possibly meaning he's over his injury.

Seems like a good bang for buck option or 18th man, hoping we get some lucky DPP updates but if Cleary straps up this week we might have have to look at this price to squeeze him in
Crazy to think TPJ,Taumalolo,Cotter and Elliott are all around the same price too

Just some figures I've been working out. Multiplying out player averages with remaining games. To my mind averages are important but at the end of the day total points (while we hold a player) are king.

    Hynes - 8 rounds left - 616.8 pts
    DCE - 8 rounds left - 471.2 pts
    Moses - 7 rounds left - 448.7 pts
    Munster - 8 rounds left - 449.6 pts
    Cleary - 8 rounds - 556.8 pts
                 7 rounds (returns rnd 21 or rested 27) - 487.2 pts
                 6 rounds (returns rnd 21 & rested rnd 27) - 417.6 pts
    SJ - 7 rounds - 438.2 pts

At least one will have a 50+ average, but which...?

TPJ is the most fun, of course, but he's also the least fun.

You need to add in your replacement's score to the ones who miss rounds in order to get a full picture, assuming you won't be playing with 16 that round.

So if, for example, Hands gets promoted into your 17 the week SJ is out then a 35 would take the total predicted score above that of DCE.

    Bet me to it
Anyways half considering grabbing Dce,Munster,Cleary to go with Johnson,Hynes and skip some of the popular options mentioned
Sure I could grab Yeo,Fifita,Grant for similar cash but the above seems way more fun
Already have Cook and a heap of DPP mids and edges so might as well load the bench

Waiting to see what plays out and make some trades friday
Whatever happens it will be a fun final run in

For sure. Don't mean to imply that this is the the only thing to be taken into account. Just some data in a vacuum.

I still think that DCE at his current price is extremely good value. Given the choice between 471 points for 714k and 473(as in your example) for 829k for someone like myself who owns neither but does own hands, DCE is an easy choice. Of course everyone's position and emergency options will be important to take into account.

My situation is quite different from most on here with a far smaller team value - value pickups are my only choice.

I would just buy DCE for the fact he can score a banner
For just over 700k that seems good value

He's one I have my eye on, right now I'm between him (highest floor but lowest ceiling), Nanai (highest ceiling and lowest floor) and Fitzgibbon (decent floor and ceiling)

Nah he's out of my price range (547k). I also have 2 Warriors already so don't want a 3rd one if I can help it.

Right now I'm on Nanai as I think I need the upside more, and the Cowboys are killing teams - their draw stiffens up a bit but they only leave Queensland two more times all year.

I have a similar problem next week with the Dolphins, only have two of them but they're Lem and VTW so I only have Russell as CTR cover that week (or Quai-Ward if he keeps his spot and I cash Russell out)

Aside from that I'm pretty well balanced in my team, only issue is my lack of team value (still only 13.8m thanks to losing tons of money on guys like Dedwards, Lem and missing out on guys like Turpin and Horse)

One trade, I think. Bula to Yeo. Look to get Murray, Cleary and a wfb cashout in next week for Lemu, Sandon and Hopgood. Then maybe upgrade centre and hold on for a month with a strong 19 and three trades...

If you have Edwards and plan on getting Cleary and Yeo that’s 3 Panthers who could be rested come round 27. So if you have Edwards I assume you’ll only go for one of Yeo or Cleary?

Lol very funny mate but take out AJ and Tom lol and look who we fielded I wasn’t confident. At least we are still in the 8 where are your boys lol? Things getting a bit stale in Bondi? (in fairness Souths and Easts have both had horror injury tolls).
