Manu with his byes done is helpful, but can see why Gaz was looking at selling him. 700k goes a long way to Cleary, Fifita, Haas etc. I already cashed out Bird and Lemu to Ramien and picked up Manu after his price drops, so I should quit while I'm ahead with CTR trade roulette. Having Manu and Teddy feels like I can offset the loss somewhat if Teddy gets a rest and Manu goes to FB.

There is zero chance Teddy gets rested. If the chooks were on 30 points, maybe... but they need him on deck for their push to the finals.

VTW out means Bula probably has to stay for me.

Tapine owners, FYI I’ve traded him out for big Dave Fifita,

Will replace the loss of a mid with Murray next week,

Could regret it if he goes gang busters, but think Fifita out scores him til seasons end especially with an extra game

    Liddle to Grant
Tatola to Nanai (Max King is the alternate option if Nanai gets pulled out 24hr before)
VTW to Suaalii (back on the wing - otherwise I wouldn't bother)
Russell to Kiraz (may get CTR dual and seems over his injury)

Leaves me $5k bank and 5 trades

    Team post-trades:

5 whatever players seems like too many.. Surely 3 max. Suaalii and Hands alright. Piakura you already have so that's cool. I'd take that Kiraz money and get some 50+ average guy instead of Nanai. DCE's pretty cheap.

Rested, one week niggle, mandatory HIA stand-down.. Not 100% that Teddy plays every game through to Rd 27

Maybe keeping Null is the way (proven upside?).

    1 vote for selling Simpkin

Maybe HGraham or Wilson potentially.. I might look at Munro next week if I need a cashout, but maybe risky getting him this week. Just seems like a pain in the ass trying to loop players and not sure which Nanai you're getting.

Those BEs are last weeks, aren’t they?

Also depends a bit on situation. But if you need their scoring have to keep Null

Idk I think Nanai can keep up his good form, and the Cowboys draw is good - only two trips outside Queensland for the rest of the season and they've been way better at home than away. We know how much upside he has.

I had a look at who I could get if I get someone cheaper.

If I were to go Wilson, I'd have up to 657k so not enough to get anyone good.

Going for H Graham would let me get Garrick, but I'm not sure how long Graham even has in the team, and JMK with this week and next off may push him straight back out of the team in R22.

I'm not entirely convinced HGraham + Garrick beats Nanai + Kiraz

FWIW I’d still like some break evens, more for order of operations ie who to buy/sell first.

Appreciate the gurus are travelling around the beauty of the Greek isles and , uh, Canberra tho. Or charging money for it lol Butters. But I guess I don’t want them that bad

Will have to dive deeper on it. Basically would want to have it so trade was reversible and there was a good plan B trade. I haven’t looked closely enough at game order or bank balance to work it out yet

Dolphins then Dogs, coming of a Hammy and ahead of schedule, there must be a scenario where they give him another fortnight off then he lined up against Sharks.

I think Penrith did it a couple of years ago where he was named on extended bench 2 or 3 weeks in a row.

Getting an extra week of playability out of Haas Jr is nice considering I’m running with 17, NRL.com is saying SJ’s baby-watch is still on, so that may cause an issue.

I don't see how it would tbh, unless it's literally happening on game day after Midday

If she pops at 6am, SJ plays no doubt

Ah okay, yeah a little short of DCE. He's cheaper than Grant though and should average around the same.

Only others on my watchlist in that price range are Matto, Murray and Dedwards. Haumole, JKing and NAS some others I was looking at. The last 2 if I need a cheapish MID.

Maybe Nanai can do the job though. Just looks like unnecessary cash tied up in the reserves and Nanai/Kiraz 40-45 type guys. If injury free and Nanai playing 80.
